I have been coming to this fantastic place for at least 3 years now... Spectacular cuisine with a business lunch at very affordable prices and... crispy baked potatoes like this... only they make them... Highly recommended..

Nonostante ci si sia presentati per ben due volte consecutive all’orario di chiusura, la squisita Cristina non ci ha cacciati, anzi, a nostra completa disposizione, ci ha sfamati, soddisfacendo i nostri palati. Ottimi sia i calamari ripieni che gli spaghetti aglio olio peperoncino e vellutata di broccoli. Se Cristina e Raffaele sono gentili gestori, cosa dire del piccolo Davide Emanuele? Splendido angioletto, ci ha viziati ed inteneriti!

27/07/2025: We spent two fantastic weeks in Calice Ligure in July and had dinner at Sciamadda twice. I must admit that each time it was really delicious, excellent food made from high-quality local ingredients (the lemon and rose risotto and the black garlic and zucchini risotto deserve a separate mention ) and impeccable service. The owner is really helpful, he is theperson in the right place and you can see that he does his job with great passion. It's really worth it, I highly recommend it!
21/07/2025: We came as a couple on a Sunday evening. The owner, right from the moment we arrived, made it clear he knows his stuff: kind, polite, knowledgeable in describing the dishes, and attentive yet discreet in listening to customer feedback. The kitchen must be a wizard; he never failed, from appetizer to dessert. An excellent restaurant where you can see the quality of the ingredients, the attention to detail, and the customer service. Highly recommended.

28/07/2025: An evening full of enjoyment and wonderful surprises! We had a fantastic meal – every course was creative, perfectly balanced, and full of flavor. Special mention goes to Andrea, who accompanied us throughout the evening with exceptional service: attentive, warm, and professional. It's just a shame that tipping by card wasn't possible – that should be changed urgently, because someone like Andrea deserves every recognition! We'll definitely be back! ⸻ A wonderful evening of enjoyment and wonderful surprises! We ate generously – every course was creative, perfectly balanced, and full of flavor. A special tribute goes to Andrea, who accompanied us throughout the evening with exceptional service: attentive, warm, and professional. Peccato solo che non sia possibile lasciare la mancia con la carta – sarebbe davvero da migliorare, perché persone come Andrea meritano ogni riconoscimento! Keep it safe!
