Ristorante Caciucco In Torino

Lo abbiamo scelto per celebrare il compleanno del papà; 92 anni è un traguardo importante! siamo andati con una coppia di amici e con una coppia di nostri parenti venuti a trovarci dall'Ecuador; è un ristorante caratteristico con le volte e le pareti con mattoni a vista che lo rendono storico ristrutturato con un misto di moderno; il parcheggio è comodo nel cortile; abbiamo cenato con antipasti con gamberi cotti, spaghetti con gamberi, rombo e menù degustazione pop, il tutto accompagnato da un rosato calafuria tormaresca di puglia; alla fine la torta fatta dallo stesso ristorante; tutto ottimo anche come presentazione; personale molto disponibile e cordiale che ha reso la serata molto piacevole; la sala è dotata di aria condizionata e dunque non abbiamo sofferto il caldo; lo consiglio vivamente !!!

I highly recommend going at least once in your life. It has this particular gourmet cuisine that mixes flavors perfectly. Of course you have to have the right palate. Very serious and super elegant environment.

This is the third time I go to this restaurant and every time my expectations are exceeded! The new place in Venaria is elegant and intimate, the lights are not invasive. The dishes are a symphony of beauty, taste and surprise, the accurate service is not invasive, thoughtful and attentive but discreet. What can I say, I wonder why this excellent restaurant does not have a star yet!

Esperienza eccellente al ristorante Caciucco. Location raffinata ed elegante, con un’atmosfera che fa sentire a casa ma in un contesto di alta cucina. Il personale è impeccabile: gentile, preparato, discreto e sempre all’altezza. Abbiamo scelto il percorso degustazione n.25, una vera scoperta: dalla cozza ripiena di gorgonzola al bignè al peperone, ogni amuse-bouche era sorprendente. Deliziosi anche gli antipasti, in particolare il gambero con riduzione di melone e prosciutto crudo essiccato, sorprendente. Il risotto alla certosina era perfetto, e i piatti di pesce con accostamenti audaci – come il merluzzo con salsa di zucca e gelato al caffè – ci hanno stupiti. Ottima anche la piccola pasticceria, nonostante la difficoltà nel finirla per sazietà. Il sommelier è stato impeccabile nel suggerirci un vino che non conoscevamo e piacevolissimo. Torneremo sicuramente. Esperienta perfettamente in linea con il prezzo.

Excellent location, impeccable service, it's a shame that the portions were really small... too small. And upon requesting an encore of risotto...I was told that it would take too long to redo the rice!!!!!!!! I'll let others judge

Refined environment in the heart of the royal venaria, the service and attention to customer care are important, a decent cellar, I only ate a tuna and a dessert, the dessert was delicious like the desserts they offer with coffee, exceptional and all made by them, even the bread and focaccia are their work and of great quality, my tuna wasn't that great, overcooked and full of sauces, but I think it was an episode, they offer an aperitif with a poor wine compared to the appetizers that are fabulous both in flavor and presentation, certainly with all the service and things offered to give a better wine they should raise the prices. I'm satisfied with the whole evening, shame about my tuna, but I'd point it out for those who like to spend an evening in an elegant place that pampers you, has 2 delicious tasting menus on the menu at an excellent price....

What can I say... You have to go to the Caciucco restaurant! (formerly Cascina di Corte). Kindness, courtesy and professionalism. Already from booking I felt care and love for our 4-legged friends. The location is a mix of modernity having recovered everything possible of what was in the ancient farmhouse of the time (the visible exposure of the stones and doors takes you back in time) Translated: great serenity! Entrées and pre-desserts are always very much appreciated! Served with great attention and as soon as just one dish was served for myself, they arrived with a second dish for my wife (so that she could also taste it). The menu itself shows competence and great attention to detail. Balanced flavors and combinations without one ever taking over! As for wines, there is something for all tastes! Balanced prices and temperature of the wines excellently served. Even the desserts close the "circle" and live up to expectations. As already written…Absolutely worth trying!

Excellent seafood restaurant with a very sophisticated menu and careful combinations. Very welcoming and suggestive atmosphere. Highly recommended!
