A wonderful find just steps from the Reggia di Venaria! The atmosphere and dishes are sublime!

Excellent welcome, we took the large menu, and even if it was the third course that really delighted us (fish tartare with guacamole), our taste buds became more and more amused over time. Original cuisine, so difficult to find in Italy. Bravo 👏

I've been there before and can confirm that the food is excellent, everything delicious. The staff is attentive and helpful. Parking is in front of the restaurant. I recommend it.

They made us wait standing a bit too long because they were remaking the table but the food was very good and high quality so it is half recommended

We stopped at this restaurant as a stopover on our way to Salice d'Oulx. We chose it by chance, drawn by the very high reviews, and our expectations were not disappointed. The attentive service and the dishes deserve a Michelin star. The quality of the ingredients is truly excellent: fish is the protagonist, with truly intriguing flavor combinations. We chose the pop tasting menu, where we sampled their signature dish, this tomato and fish risotto, which is truly delicate and tasty. We finished the tasting menu, which also included a sea bass and a sea bass tartare on an avocado cream, as well as various appetizers, and were satisfied without feeling heavy. The price was fair for the quality offered: €45 per person for the menu plus wine, and in the end, we spent €100 total. We will definitely return to this Mecca of taste... bravo!

Lo abbiamo scelto per celebrare il compleanno del papà; 92 anni è un traguardo importante! siamo andati con una coppia di amici e con una coppia di nostri parenti venuti a trovarci dall'Ecuador; è un ristorante caratteristico con le volte e le pareti con mattoni a vista che lo rendono storico ristrutturato con un misto di moderno; il parcheggio è comodo nel cortile; abbiamo cenato con antipasti con gamberi cotti, spaghetti con gamberi, rombo e menù degustazione pop, il tutto accompagnato da un rosato calafuria tormaresca di puglia; alla fine la torta fatta dallo stesso ristorante; tutto ottimo anche come presentazione; personale molto disponibile e cordiale che ha reso la serata molto piacevole; la sala è dotata di aria condizionata e dunque non abbiamo sofferto il caldo; lo consiglio vivamente !!!

Esperienza eccellente al ristorante Caciucco. Location raffinata ed elegante, con un’atmosfera che fa sentire a casa ma in un contesto di alta cucina. Il personale è impeccabile: gentile, preparato, discreto e sempre all’altezza. Abbiamo scelto il percorso degustazione n.25, una vera scoperta: dalla cozza ripiena di gorgonzola al bignè al peperone, ogni amuse-bouche era sorprendente. Deliziosi anche gli antipasti, in particolare il gambero con riduzione di melone e prosciutto crudo essiccato, sorprendente. Il risotto alla certosina era perfetto, e i piatti di pesce con accostamenti audaci – come il merluzzo con salsa di zucca e gelato al caffè – ci hanno stupiti. Ottima anche la piccola pasticceria, nonostante la difficoltà nel finirla per sazietà. Il sommelier è stato impeccabile nel suggerirci un vino che non conoscevamo e piacevolissimo. Torneremo sicuramente. Esperienta perfettamente in linea con il prezzo.
