All very good and the stars given confirm it, the ONLY FLAW is the following: on the menu at €18 there are CAPELETTI CREAMED WITH PARMIGIANO REGGIANO AGED FOR 40 MONTHS, when the waiter brought the dish he said: who owns the tortellini with cream... ... I pointed out that they hadn't ordered those, but the owner with a useless smile said that they put a little cream in that dish (so that the cream could ruin an excellent parmesan) but the problem is that the parmesan isn't there. It was and the waiter was perfectly right, the tortellini are with cream, as per the receipt which states: TORTELLINI WITH CREAM €18
I don't make it a question of price but of seriousness and ethics, you don't make fun of customers, you don't write something on the menu, you bring another one and you have the arrogance of wanting to make fun of customers

Perhaps the best cut to taste in Ferrara, and it is not so obvious even among the numerous meat-only restaurants in the city. The first courses are also tasty. Given the current difficulty in eating quality food in most restaurants, this place and its cuisine will become one of our points of reference to enjoy all its dishes.

Restaurant located in a street in the center. Better to book in advance. The owner welcomes you with a beautiful smile and the dining room staff is really very kind and attentive.
The food was good, good and a noteworthy Lambrusco.

Simple but refined environment. Excellent service, with waiters always present and available. Excellent food. I recommend the fixed menu of typical Ferrara cuisine, which for €40 includes: appetizer, two tastings of first course, one second course and dessert.

Hidden place in a street near the center... quite large but always full; the landlady not very smiling (at least initially..) but polite and kind, staff young, polite and efficient. How do you eat it? Very good... typical things from Ferrara, tried cappellacci stuffed with pumpkin in beef ragout with pasticcio... both typical dishes, tasty and well prepared... pork loin and braised veal delicious... tasty, soft... in short, I definitely recommend it. . book a little in advance..

Cucina ferrarese in ambiente glamour. Accattivanti carta dei vini e carrello dei distillati. Bravo il sommelier. Una menzione particolare anche per i dolci. Servizio generalmente ok (una delle ragazze era in serata no, ma può capitare). Abbiamo capito che si erano persi la nostra prenotazione via mail, ma hanno rimediato prontamente. Conto onesto per la qualità.

Location un po’ nascosta alla vista. In centro storico ma fuori dal percorso turistico, poco indicata. Se non ci arrivi davanti non sai dov’è. Arredamento moderno e personale di sala giovane ed intraprendente senza essere assillante. Si può conversare senza dover alzare la voce, ottima acustica. Un bel Menu, con precisi riferimenti alla tradizione culinaria ferrarese, ma anche piatti con gradevoli accenti innovativi. Cantina non esagerata in termini di quantità ma con ottimi vini del territorio e non. Tutto molto buono, suggerisco la sfogliata calda con prosciutto di Parma e parmigiano, gradevolissima sorpresa. Rapporto qualità/prezzo corretto.
