Top New Year's Eve dinner... excellent quality, excellent service, unique kindness! Super recommended

A welcome surprise to find this restaurant in Sarentino. Booked early we immediately felt at ease. Courtesy and professionalism in service in a modern and functional environment. The menu offers a decent choice. The dishes we tried were excellent in quality and presentation. The choice of wines is also good. We will definitely be back again next year.

Great dining experience! The food and service were superb! We easily got a seat since it was during the week. The server was very friendly and attentive! The food was super delicious! We got fresh made bread with different kinds of butter and a pumkin creme soup with Amaretto as a starter (service of the house). The bread was heavenly with the citrus&curry and herb butter! We didnt take the menu, but rather chose our own dishes. The menu of 70€ is a very good deal if you are not a picky eater like me, since it is chefs choice. Highly recommend this place. You can get a Michelin experience with an affordable price! No parking directly at the restaurant, but there is a big parking area a but up the road.

We had a really great evening at the Braunwirt. The food was fabulous, all local products combined with new ideas for preparation! It was great outside on the terrace! Prices are absolutely justified. The only small drawback and certainly relevant for the winter is the interior, there is still potential in terms of a feel-good atmosphere, but it doesn't make our experience any less good!

Even though I am not a qualified gastronomic expert, I can say that last night I ate very well, dishes that showed the skilful hand of the chef, kind and professional staff.

Se vai a Sarentino a 20 km da Bolzano pensi di trovare al ristorante il classico menù sudtirolese con canederli Spiegeleier o Schlutzktapfen o Würstel al senape. . Fa invece eccezione per classe stile servizio e soprattutto cucina da buon gourmet il "Braunwirt" nell'isola pedonale a due passi da chiesa e municipio.Locale elegante all'interno ma in questa calda estate è preferibile mangiare all'aperto. Nella varietà di piatti particolari indicati nel menù personalmente ho gradito un'ottima tartara ben condita e contornata da un formaggio speciale e da finferli di stagione. Squisiti i vari dessert. D'obbligo vino in bottiglia. D'estate consigliabili i famosi bianchi sudtirolesi.
