You pay based on what you eat; the more you eat, the more you spend (I had a 1kg rib-eye steak and spent about 50 euros).

Butcher's shop with a grill attached!!! Super idea that with a few small "improvements" would be truly excellent: excellent selection of meats and excellent service from the girls. At the grill, the chefs work hard to please customers when cooking the meat (the skewers were raw inside), which is not easy. Oil, salt, and seasoning should be available at the table and not seasoned directly by them. The lighting needs to be improved on the outdoor tables... you can't see what you're eating well... for the rest, everything is ok, including the service. A lovely evening.

We waited too long for the meat. In addition to the food for us adults, we also got a stuffed hamburger for our granddaughter, who didn't eat it because it was burnt.

I was truly impressed by the quality and overall experience offered by Cariglia Carni. This butcher shop and grill is a true delight for grilled meat lovers. Its strong point is the ability to personally select your cut of meat from the counter, from heifer to mutton to buffalo, and have it cooked directly on the open braziers. The staff is renowned for their kindness and promptness. They also offer a wide selection of side dishes, from grilled vegetables to fresh bread, from local cheeses to cured meats, all of excellent quality and perfectly paired with the meat.

Huge, very casual place where you can eat very well: exquisite meat, cheeses, and side dishes that you choose directly from the butcher's counter and then they're cooked in front of you. Excellent value for money. The guys in charge are amazing. You have to add a €3 cover charge to the bill, but it's okay. Beautiful location.

Top butcher's shop, there's always a long line, but it's worth the wait. You can choose from a selection of meats and cheeses that you can grill. Everything is delicious, with various side dishes to pair with the meat. The prices obviously aren't those displayed at the counter because you have to add the service charge. However, the staff is very friendly and explains everything in detail. We'll definitely be back next time we come to Vieste.

The meat is high-quality and you can taste it.
