The formula is a winning one: you choose your meat (and the selection is delicious) and sit down while they cook it for you on a long, spectacular grill. The benches are comfortable, the place feels like a Texas barn, and the country music is missing. We had excellent pork, perfectly cooked bombette and chicken wings, but the torcinelli were a bit tough. They season everything themselves, but it's unclear why, if you ask for lemon, they bring it to you already squeezed. Decent wine selection, fair prices. Bravo!

A wonderful idea – choose your steak/meat at the butcher's shop and have it served to you perfectly cooked on the charcoal grill, topped with a pinch of coarse sea salt.
We recommend ordering the warm side dishes like potatoes and grilled vegetables separately and only after the meat has been placed on the grill.

Remembering a past experience at another butcher/grill shop, I expected much more! The meat wasn't excellent, the house wine was awful. The only redeeming feature was the grilling.

The meat was exquisite. We ate a spectacular rib-eye steak, tender and incredibly tasty, along with delicious baked potatoes and house wine, with the inevitable melted caciocavallo cheese. It cost 75 euros for 2 steaks, and the 1.2 kg steak was a wonderful place. I will definitely be back.

We like to buy meat for our barbecues here. Fresh, high-quality produce, from wild boar to chicken and beef. The pre-stitched skewers are also highly recommended; there's something for everyone. You can also have the meat prepared and eat it there—although we've never tried that!
