I have been following Pasquale Laera from behind the scenes for years. When the time came to be in the field, I can say that everything I read, observed and studied was revealed in the dishes, in the service, in the structure. A beautiful experience, a huge wealth of advice and experiences. A structure from another time, without frills without limits. Only heart and so much passion. Great Pasquale, masterful and wise guide. And great staff, all orchestrally shared and participated. Congratulations to everyone. I am sure that this is only the beginning of a great story🔥💚

It was an incredible experience, the whole staff made us feel extremely welcomed and cared for. The ambiance was quiet and perfect to have a nice conversation with the most beautiful view of the Langhe hills at sunset. The food was incredible, everything perfect, so many interesting tastes and the eye had its part as well since they were so beautifully served. I don’t eat meat and they were very accommodating, offering various varieties of the plates in the welcoming aperitivo, which itself was an explosion of colours and tastes. I would absolutely recommend this place, it’s undeniably worth it.

Very elegant place with a view of the vineyards, new and very well presented dish solutions. Special mention to pasta, potatoes and mussels.....a delight! Reasonable price

We have been frequenting the restaurant for years now and tasting chef Pasquale's cuisine, even when he was working in another establishment and every time it is a confirmation. The quality of the cuisine is very high and fused with the environments and the surrounding landscape, making the visit an experience to remember. The service is pleasantly informal, friendly and attentive. Those who know the area know that it is useless to waste words on the choice of wines and the quality of the ingredients. I highly recommend trying the restaurant to those who are curious to discover a refined cuisine, with great revisited traditions combined with the chef's influences.

A special place. The view of the vineyards is incomparable and fantastic, the location simple and well-kept, the beautiful windows that allow you to see the entire panorama. We took the "solo hunting" menu dedicated entirely to game. The meat in each course is not tiring at all because it is managed in an excellent way by the chef also for this purpose. The dishes are never banal but not even with combinations that make you turn up your nose, a note of merit for the tagliatelle with wine with mouflon and mallard duck. The only flaw: I noticed the service of some waiters a little lost and not precise as it should be in a restaurant of this caliber (at the beginning a little too much waiting and some carelessness here and there), but nothing that doesn't make me give it 5 stars. Notes of merit for the small pastry shop for 2 things: the presentation and the reference to Puglia, the chef's homeland. I really hope to return

Questo ristorante ha davvero qualcosa di particolare. I piatti sono particolare e ben curati oltre ad essere buonissimi!! Per noi é stata la terza volta e credo proprio che torneremo. Personale molto cortese e competente. Se vi volete regalare quel qualcosa in più questo é il posto giusto! Lucy66

Colline da scenografia, con questo panorama forse bisogna provare a dosare meglio la sperimentazione. La storia è bella. Chef giovane, team sala affiatato e volenteroso. La spasmodica ricercatezza e sperimentazione dal nostro punto di vista rischia di allontanare i commensali rispetto alla percezione di un equilibrio sensoriale che si fa apprezzare in modo duraturo. Da andarci per vivere una esperienza intensa e probabilmente ci torneremo. complessivamente è un 4 pieno, e comprendiamo la necessità di osare. Per un 5 consigliamo un maggior equilibrio sul dosaggio salse.
