Cena ristorante stellato trovato in Guida, tra le colline del Barolo, posto raffinato anche se la sera della nostra cena era decisamente affollato, troppi coperti per una esperienza positiva Michelin; tuttavia il cibo è decisamente buono, porzioni giuste e lo chef simpatico che fa il giro dei tavoli rendono comunque giustizia al conto. Dinner in a starred restaurant found in the Guide, among the Barolo hills, a refined place even if the evening of our dinner was decidedly crowded, too many seats for a positive Michelin experience; however the food is definitely good, the portions are right and the friendly chef who goes around the tables still does the bill justice. Devastating experience!
A surprising discovery of flavours.
The waiters were uniquely professional, and the chef came to introduce himself in person, making sure that his customers had enjoyed the experience (a very pleasant and rare thing, which if I can be honest is like receiving an extra cuddle!);
Italian cuisine, once again, proves to be a whole story to be discovered, and we must congratulate again those who put in all the effort like chef Pasquale Laèra, in allowing us such a spectacular journey of flavours!

Beautiful culinary experience in the heart of the Langhe, innovative cuisine with a reference to tradition. Excellent service, personalized according to customer needs, with a team with international experience and a wonderful view of the vineyards. It was also a real pleasure to be able to chat with the chef and the staff. Highly recommended!

Super recommended experience at Borgo Sant'Anna. Unmissable and well-kept location. All the staff are young and with a lot of desire to do and passion. Very interesting menu: we opted for the "hunting solo". Exceptional dishes from every point of view: spectacular for the eyes and palate. Priceless view. I highly recommend this experience!

Colline da scenografia, con questo panorama forse bisogna provare a dosare meglio la sperimentazione.
La storia è bella. Chef giovane, team sala affiatato e volenteroso.
La spasmodica ricercatezza e sperimentazione dal nostro punto di vista rischia di allontanare i commensali rispetto alla percezione di un equilibrio sensoriale che si fa apprezzare in modo duraturo.
Da andarci per vivere una esperienza intensa e probabilmente ci torneremo. complessivamente è un 4 pieno, e comprendiamo la necessità di osare. Per un 5 consigliamo un maggior equilibrio sul dosaggio salse.
