We had lunch to celebrate an important event and we want to thank all the staff for their organization, service, and kindness. And our special compliments to the chef. It was all wonderful and, I'd say, perfect!

We dined at Pasquale Laera's restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience. We were greeted with a selection of appetizers prepared and offered by the chef, combining tradition, creativity, and a desire to amaze. The eggplant parmigiana was unforgettable, capturing the full power of reinterpreted tradition in a single bite. We then chose two first and two second courses à la carte: linguine with grilled octopus and spring onions, and risotto with frogs, friggitelli peppers, and lard, both perfectly balanced and intense; the Fassona beef with bread, red onion, and Venetian sauce, and the mutton with chard and hay—decisive and refined dishes that express the region and its identity. The service was impeccable: welcoming, attentive, and always ready to passionately explain the details of each course. A restaurant of the highest caliber, where every course celebrates roots, innovation, and passion. Highly recommended for those seeking a journey through authentic flavors, masterfully reinterpreted.
