Ristorante Blu Marina In Fano

20/08/2024: Very informal place where I ate simple but well-executed dishes, a good first course and a simple barbecue but even if simple, the cooking of the meat is never taken for granted, good and sweet side dishes, we also didn't have to wait long, very attentive and friendly dining room staff, the only thing who sometimes seem a bit confused when repeatedly asking for the same thing in turn, such as would you like a dessert but in fact have already ordered it from another colleague etc. for the rest we had a good time

19/08/2024: I have found new management for this very beautiful restaurant, positioned in a suggestive way between the mountain and the stream and which I have been fond of for well over 3 decades. This year I didn't eat the crescia as is my habit, but grilled it with vegetables and potatoes: everything was very good and the service was discreet and efficient. I would have liked to return as a group the following evening to enjoy my beloved crescia but unfortunately we did not receive an answer to the phone to be able to book, a venial sin which I justify with the large influx of people typical of the period. I'll be back soon
