Today, after years, decades, I came for lunch with friends. The place remains as it once was, with excellent service and a wide selection of traditional dishes, including the very special rooster ragù. Excellent wine. Truly enjoyable.

Blanch is a guarantee of quality. A wide selection of well-cooked dishes. The specialty is the pasta with rooster sauce, which is delicious. Main courses include veal shank, Venetian-style liver, roast beef, and cod. The desserts include the puff pastry with cream sauce, which is excellent. Definitely worth a try.
