Traditional trattoria with typical seasonal dishes, the food is really well-prepared and excellent. Homely and quiet atmosphere, excellent service, normal prices. Perfect place to eat traditional local dishes.

Trattoria in perfect 80s style as per presentation. Home cooking with local dishes and seasonal raw materials. Several tables inside, but a large outdoor area. Decent wine list with many Collio wineries. Fair prices. Young and quite attentive staff. Reservations recommended especially for dinner. Ample parking in front of the entrance.

Trattoria with a century-old history behind it. We were amazed by the genuine and now unobtainable taste of the Biechi al sugo di Gallo. The second courses were also exquisite and the Millefoglie was unbeatable with the pastry that melted in the mouth and the custard was truly Top. All served by a very nice girl who does her job very well. Hold on tight to her and whoever you have in the kitchen!! We will be back as soon as possible.

A pochi giorni di distanza siamo venuti qui al Blanch a festeggiare due compleanni, a fine gennaio x il pranzo di mio fratello (80 anni) e venerdì sera quello di mio nipote (50 anni). Abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Al Blanch un nome una garanzia.👏👏👏

Il posto è spoglio e in fin dei conti non molto accogliente (consiglio di non mettere più la musica da discoteca all’ingresso, che poi fortunatamente è stata spenta), ma il servizio è efficiente e il cibo buono. Molto apprezzabili le verdure e il prosciutto col rafano; mediocre il pane e la carne di cinghiale, arricchita però da un sugo assai saporito; buoni i dessert fatti in casa. La carta dei vini ha opzioni interessanti. I prezzi sono onesti.

09/05/2025: Good pizza, wait time a bit long, but really nice place with great atmosphere and plenty of people there. Parking place hard to find. Would recommend.

25/01/2025: Osteria incredibile. si poteva scegliere se mangiare alla carta o tutti assaggi. Abbiamo optato gli assaggi di carne. Tutto piccoli assaggi che sicuramente non ti fanno andare via a pancia vuota.
