We only ordered a cappuccino and a bottle of water. At first, everything was quick and easy, but then, when friends joined us, each order took far too long. The waiters were overwhelmed with each order. The coffee wasn't particularly tasty, and on top of that, a bottle of water (0.75L) cost €5...

The O Bistro is beautifuly designed and has a nice location. Service was veery slow and although it was 8pm on Saturday evening, they didn't have half of the menu, nor the vine we ordered. When we finaly, more then 1,5 hours later, got some food, the portions were crazy small. We had no time to find another place to eat and went to bed hungry😅. In ITALY🙉🙈😂!!
It looked like the people who came just for drinks had a good time.

I went to O'bistrot this afternoon for an aperitivo after a stroll around the city center, partly because of some activities in Piazza Garibaldi. The waiters were very friendly, punctual, and courteous. The prices are in line with those in Parma's city center.

I went here at the end of a day of sightseeing with my mother. The atmosphere was beautiful and well-maintained. We had an aperitif with two non-alcoholic drinks. DELICIOUS. The cocktails were accompanied by a few snacks, the music created the right atmosphere, and the steam outside was refreshing and soothing. A 10 for the aperitif.

An exceptional platter of local products! The charcuterie and 30-month-old Parmesan are incredibly tasty. The service is impeccable and discreet, and this is what a professional hotelier tells you!
The only downside for me is the music, which is a bit loud while eating, but at 10 p.m., that's understandable; the evening continues 😉
I recommend this place without hesitation.

The venue was beautiful and comfortable, but the service was the real surprise. A special thanks to the two waiters who, upon learning it was my birthday, melted my heart by bringing me cake, a rose, and champagne to toast.
I will always hold them in my heart.

A very elegant location, therefore also suitable for receptions and anniversaries, the staff is very friendly and shows a lot of attention to the customer, the environment is very beautiful both inside and out, excellent cocktails especially the elaborate ones (obviously a little more expensive) but also excellent for having a coffee or dinner in a nice place... good food perhaps a little expensive compared to the surrounding places in the city center and compared to the quantities but, in any case overall a nice environment
