Parma is generally a quiet city. The cafes in the square are also quiet. Negroni was nice. The most striking part of the cafe is the WC.

Aperitif for seven people 3 spritzes 4 crodini
Slow service and very awkward waitress after bringing us the aperitifs and only after our request they brought 1 small pebble of taralli, 1 of olives and a peanut, I'm not saying focaccia or pizza for goodness sake but at least bring at least a few more pebbles because they were small pebbles ina ina
I think it would have been the minimum

Nella piazza principale di Parma si trova questo locale, moderno e bene arredato che comprende, oltre ai tavoli interni, anche un dehor riscaldato e, nella bella stagione, anche tavoli all’aperto. Veramente completa l’offerta per la colazione, di prodotti tutti di ottima qualità.
Buono anche il caffè, caratteristica non sempre incontrata.
Gentile e anche professionale il servizio. In ordine perfetto i locali al piano inferiore dove si trovano, collocati in un ambiente davvero scenografico, i servizi. In definitiva una piacevole sosta in un ambiente davvero gradevole nel cuore della città.

We stopped by chance after a long bike ride, we took the dish of the day, penne with seafood and we thought about returning given the quality and goodness of the dish.
