Ristorante Bistro Therme Meran In Merano

On New Year's Day, we had lunch at the bistro: the table staff were attentive and very kind, and gave us great advice. We sat facing the functional kitchen area, where we watched the fantastic, friendly chef at work, so precise and fast. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and the staff was attentive (despite the looming holiday).

Excellent food, friendly and attentive service, great value for money, the ambiance is incomparably beautiful – a highlight in Merano!

We were at the Bristol Terme in Merano and had a great time. We really enjoyed the dishes, which were carefully prepared and tasty. The location is also nice and welcoming. We'll be back.

The Merano thermal baths bistro is located in the square of the same name. The space is generous with well-placed tables, but the real highlight is the long L-shaped sofa, available until 6:30 PM, after which you'll be forced to get up, somewhat abruptly, because it'll be dismantled and stored in the nearby wooden gazebo. The blond-haired woman with the long braid who waits at the tables isn't particularly gracious in her manner or tact, and the service is reminiscent of a Mexican paseda. However, the aperitifs, coffee bar, and cuisine are all of good quality. With the rough edges smoothed out, the bistro is a perfect place to spend some quality time.

I often go to Bistro Terme. It's a meeting place for me, whether for coffee, an aperitif on the terrace, or lunch with friends! The service is always friendly and fast! Dana knows my needs and knows how to pamper me! I'll definitely be back!
