Ristorante Bilacus In Bellagio

I rate stars based on the location but I really enjoyed the terrace of this restaurant during a busy May day in Bellagio. The town can be very busy and Bilacus was a nice respite from the crowd. The food was perfect for a nice Italian lunch and was typical, which was refreshing given the tourist atmosphere surrounding the restaurant. The wine selection was fantastic. Also, the menu warned that it may take some time but I thought the kitchen service was prompt (maybe I left my American mindset at the door!). The Terrace also had a nice view of the surrounding buildings, flora and the lake if you had a lucky table placement. Note, they stop seating at 2 pm during lunch and service is not included so please consider leaving a tip.

This restaurant was a great surprise during our stay in Bellagio. I wasn’t expecting to find the best food in Bellagio compared to the rest of our Italy trip, but this place quickly changed my mind! We were seated without reservation, the meal was one our favorites during our time in Italy and the staff was incredibly friendly and made you feel like a friend. Don’t miss this spot!

I first came here 27 years ago for an authentic Italian food experience. Now, they're attempting to be upscale in the admittedly upscale town of Bellagio. It's still a beautiful location, but the actual experience misses the proverbial boat. Undercooked, not al dente pasta, haughty and inattentive staff and the faux"sommelier." Unfortunate.

Scoperto quasi per caso troviamo questo locale dove gentilezza professionalità e maestria rendono incantevole e indimenticabile l’esperienza. Ottimo piatti dalla cucina con arditi e riusciti avvistamenti e creazione di sapori naturali e intensi. La lista dei vini rilegata è con decine di pagine: da sola merita una visita. E l’amore e la esperienza del sommelier rendono la serata veramente preziosa. L’incanto di una discreta elegantissima terrazza su una delle più famose rampe di Bellagio corona un momento che i frequentatori, provenienti da tutti i continenti conserveranno gelosamente nei loro cuori. Una gemma d’Italia. Bravissimi!!!

Don't expect the waiters to be friendly. You're in a tourist restaurant that's looking for productivity. The food isn't that good.

I ate today at this fantastic restaurant in Salita Serbelloni with my girlfriend and her family. Top notch food and service. One of the best restaurants in Bellagio in my opinion. Mirko made our lunch a fairy tale by choosing two bottles of wine that matched our dishes and the occasion.

A restaurant with excellent tasty dishes. Good wine list. Nice interior and a huge terrace. An oasis of tranquillity in a usually very hectic Bellagio.

This place was okay. Definitely not horrible. The wine list was incredible. The biggest issue was that we ordered the grilled meat which was steak. It changes daily. The meat was quite undercooked and had a ton of gristle on it. Maybe Europeans really like it that way… I have had a lot of great steak. I did not eat very much of that.

Bellagio’nun en güzel bölgesinde güzel bir restoran. Çok güzel şarap seçenekleri olan lezzetli nir akşam yemeği. Personel çok ilgili ve yardımsever. Seçtiğimiz yemekler de çok lezzetliydi.
