Ristorante del Corso - Biancospino In Altamura

I booked two dinners for my grandparents. Excellent food, welcoming atmosphere, and very kind staff! They truly felt pampered, highly recommended!

I had dinner with friends at this restaurant and I have to say that the cuisine is really worth it: well-prepared dishes, balanced flavors and quality raw materials. The staff is kind and attentive, the environment elegant. The only thing that bothered us a little was the constant barking of some dogs near the hotel that disturbed the conversation a little. I hope a solution can be found, because for the rest it is a place that I would gladly recommend.

I want to compliment the owner and all the staff who served us yesterday with great kindness, helpfulness, attention, refinement and care. It was an excellent experience of taste and well-being. I highly recommend this place!

Siamo stati ieri sera a cena in questo ristorante eccellente! Ogni piatto era squisito è fatto con materie prime di qualità dai frutti di mare al primo si frutti di mare e pesce freschissimo. Per non parlare del loro meraviglioso affogato e altri dolci squisiti. Consigliatissimo!

Nice surprise in the heart of Murgia: fresh and artfully prepared fish in an elegant location but with a context that is not excessively formal. Definitely coming back to try other delights. From the appetizer to the dessert, it is truly a journey full of satisfaction. It deserves more prestige, not more customers because there are already plenty of those. There is no shortage of courtesy and availability in the room. Well done.
