Absolutely fantastic place and worth visiting during your trip to Bologna. Tagiatelle al Ragu was the best I ever had, and the Tiramisu and Panna Cotta was to die for. I can truly recommend it

Fantastic culinary experience in Bologna, a place very popular with local people, if you are looking for a typical Bolognese restaurant I recommend it.
The tortellini is obligatory of course but it's all good, special mention also for the tiramisu which is difficult to find so good in a restaurant.

Good food. Poor service: friendly waiters but neither the menu nor the wine list is given to you, not to mention that I sat on a broken chair all evening. Price a little high compared to quality and service.

Ristorante storico, accogliente e caloroso specializzato nella cucina della tradizione bolognese. Ho mangiato bene e di gusto. Gramigna speciale, differente dalle solite che si trovano in giro. La caparbietà nel produrre tortellini minuscoli e un buon brodo, rendono questo piatto un' eccellenza. Anche la cotoletta non mi ha deluso: pochi morsi ma tanta sostanza. Sevizio attento, veloce e alla mano. Insomma un bel posto dove assaggiare l'autentica cucina bolognese. Lo consiglio vivamente.

We really appreciated the owner's passion for lights which is reflected in a Christmas atmosphere. Excellent quality food, we also appreciated the entree offered by the house. We had tagliatelle with meat sauce (€12), tortellini in broth and Bolognese cutlet (€16), obligatory! We will definitely be back!

Before choosing this restaurant, I informed myself by reading the countless reviews. The vast majority is extremely positive, and I must say that the few negative ones are embellished by the owner's answers: a mixture of irony and politeness that brings a smile. Precisely for this reason, when I dined at Biagi, I almost enjoyed looking for a weak point - in the food, in the service, or in the atmosphere - with the hope of finding something to contest. And instead nothing, everything was truly perfect.
The place is warm and welcoming, with that authentic charm that makes you immediately feel at home. The dishes are a journey into the truest Bolognese flavours, prepared with quality ingredients and care that shines through in every bite. The service is courteous and attentive, impeccable in discretion and efficiency. And then there's him, the owner: a nice and polite presence, always ready to exchange a few words without intrusiveness.
I will definitely go back. It is a rare pleasure to find a restaurant that combines tradition, quality and human warmth in such a harmonious way.
