Ristorante Biagi In Bologna

Pros: Delicious! Maybe not divine, but very decent and even more!)) Also, I want to say that the place has quite an atmosphere, but... Then there are a huge number of cons associated with flaws in service: 1. The waiter did not bring us a menu and limited himself to telling us about the dishes of the day... This did not give us the opportunity to order the best dishes... 2. You have to send people for water several times - they forget ((( 3. They did not bring oil and balsamic vinegar with the misto salad - I had to remind them... 4. After the reminder, they brought oil and balsamic vinegar with salt, but then took it away very quickly, while the salad was not yet finished... From my point of view, this is a serious mistake! P.S. I am not an old bore, but it is obvious that young people work as waiters, maybe students... And, obviously, working as a waiter is not a profession for them! For good money, I would like to receive good service with good cuisine!

Wonderful atmosphere in the internal garden. We ate very well. We will definitely return.

Nothing to say about the food or the location. The only downside is the owner's lack of professionalism... and she's also not very friendly. We won't be returning for this very reason.

For a true Bolognese experience!

I'm serious when I say that I've never found a place like this: Ristorante Biagi in Via Saragozza is an experience to be explored. I ordered tortellini creamed in parmesan cream, tagliatella with ragù and a water. But the real gem is the appetizer offered by the house: chickpeas with rosemary, cooked aubergines and crescenza (a sort of white focaccia) very soft and thick. Not to mention the strictly spoken menu and an atmosphere as soon as you enter the place truly sensational, with soft lights, objects of the past everywhere. Final bill €38, EXCELLENT 💯

Eating at Biagi is always a positive experience however it’s no longer a beautiful experience as it was when they were located in Via Savenella years back. They might have been caught in the overall decadence of Bologna a beautiful city now strangled by cheap tourism. Having had a rant … I would go back to Biagi for their tortellini… the no.1 in the world!

Great restaurant, traditional dishes and something new. Very nice place and friendly host. Recommended!

Characteristic restaurant, clean, good food, well presented and staff

Sono stata a cena in questo ristorante tipico bolognese vicino a Porta Saragozza per motivi di lavoro con un gruppo...il menù era quindi già prestabilito. Ristorante old style che si presenta bene. In estate è possibile cenare in uno splendido giardino (dal lato interno, il lato opposto rispetto all'ingresso principale su Via Saragozza). Ho assaggiato qualche antipasto ed il mio preferito è stato rucola condita con salsa al balsamico e pancetta croccante... come primi piatti ho assaggiato i tortellini in brodo (piccolini, ben fatti, saporiti. Ottimo anche il brodo. Porzione abbondante). Le lasagne al Ragù buone, ma poco condite di ragù... c'erano molti strati di pasta rispetto al condimento. Le patate al forno come contorno le ho trovate buone e saporite, un po' al limite del sapido... condite con molto/quasi troppo olio. Come dolci ho provato sia il Tiramisù (la crema al mascarpone buona) e una loro specialità: il gelato alla crema. Che dire? Solitamente non sono un'amante del gusto crema per quanto riguarda i gelati... Ma questo era davvero speciale! Sembrava di mangiare lo zabaione che preparava la nonna (non alcolico ovviamente)... Gusto intenso di uovo, mantecato benissimo. Ottimo davvero! Non posso giudicare sul rapporto qualità prezzo perché non ho visto il conto... Staff davvero gentile... Consigliato! Da provare anche in estate nella location all'aperto molto suggestiva!!

Ottima cucina tradizionale bolognese. È spesso pieno ed è rimasto uno dei pochi locali che non chiude la cucina alle 22 e comunque in qualche modo ti fanno sempre mangiare. Il personale in sala super gentile, il titolare un po' burbero ma autentico come nella migliore tradizione dei ristoratori bolognesi di un tempo. Locale trasversale per diverse generazioni dai nipoti ai nonni. Uno spaccato di una Bologna che sta scomparendo.
