Culinary highlight of Florence. We happened to pass by and I'm grateful we did as we had an amazing experience dining here. The beef tartare is the best my wife and I have ever had. The service was attentive but not pretentious and so was welcoming for us as sweaty tourists. The courtyard was gorgeous and a nice bonus to our already great experience. Couldn't recommend more highly, it's worth all three courses.

Had an awesome dinner at Ristorante Benedicta. The food was delicious—really fresh and full of flavour. Everything we ordered came out just right. Our waiter Francesco was great—super friendly, gave us some good tips on what to try, and made sure we were looked after all night. The vibe of the place was relaxed and welcoming. It’s the kind of spot you’d happily come back to. Big thanks to Francesco and the team for a top night!

We’ve traveled through Italy for the last 8 days, and this was our best dining experience. Aside from the food, our waiter Stefano was the highlight. He took his time & helped us with each food selection, then would follow up suggesting the perfect wine for our main course, & again for dessert. I was shocked out how inexpensive our bill was. I genuinely cannot recommend this place enough!

13/09/2025: Something must have gone wrong with us. After I asked if I could have the tasting menu vegetarian and explained that my companion was okay with meat, I only got five small pieces of cheese after the soup, and my companion received a few slices of sausage and ham. The price of CHF 25 was quite high for that. (Wine, water, and coffee were also included.) The staff was very friendly, and our dog was warmly welcomed.
08/09/2025: Best meal we had during our time in Tuscany.
