We returned to Hotel Bellariva after two years and still everything was positive. Deluxe Room 206 Balcony facing the lake..... That's good. Excellent dinner. Surely there will be another one Weekend.

Great location in Riva del Garda. A very well-run hotel directly on Lake Garda. Service, rooms, restaurant and location on the lake were great. Breakfast buffet very good. Nothing is missing. Staff very helpful and friendly. If there is a problem, it will be solved immediately. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately the overall experience at this hotel was very poor. We would have expected more for such a hefty price at the end of the season. In addition, the booking process was a bit complicated because we never received the payment link and the hotel simply canceled the booking 4 days before arrival, despite contact and a request to finally send me the link. After this finally worked and when I asked if everything was ok, nothing came except the online check-in link a day later. At check-in I was expecting at least an apology or some kind of reaction, but instead I had a very unfriendly check-in and probably the worst room in the category. At checkout no one was interested in how our stay was. an almost wordless checkout. Unfortunately, this applies to the entire hotel. The dinner service was poor and the food average. At breakfast the staff can't even bring themselves to say Buongiorno. Instead, the women devote themselves to themselves and tell each other the latest news etc. Tables are not cleared. It's a shame, because the breakfast selection is huge and ok, except for the very bad coffee. But there is no feel-good atmosphere. You can also enjoy the evening in peace and quiet on the balcony, maybe have a nightcap... if you don't mind the spotlight in the ceiling of each balcony and you don't feel like you're being presented on a stage. The toilet and shower are only separated from the bedroom by a frosted glass. No privacy! If someone has to go to the toilet at night, everyone in the room is awake, unless you feel your way to the toilet in the dark and do your business very quietly. No idea what that's about. This architect doesn't deserve his title. All in all, this hotel is one of the worst we have ever stayed in and unfortunately we cannot recommend it because we will never go to this hotel again. The only positive thing, the rooms are new, the beds are good. The only friendly person in this hotel is the barman, who has a really difficult job in his Sky Bar in the evening with 9 degrees and a lot of wind and is waiting for someone to come and have a drink with him.

Room lights cannot be turned off unless you remove the card key, so you cant charge your phone because no electricity in the room. So lights shoukd be always on

The rooms are good (they are not the most spacious), but the location is excellent, along the lake - the city is only located in two rows. There are no activities except on the lake (it is only enough for one night)
