El restaurante aparece en la guía Michelin roja y es bien merecido. Cálida bienvenida. Una muy buena gama de pescado fresco y concha - pescado para elegir. Bonito escenario. El atún en el entrante podría haber estado un poco más tierno. El entrante con sepia estaba delicioso. Tenemos pescado fresco horneado que también era muy muy agradable.

....you are never wrong.......Belami is always a discovery of flavours, aromas of hospitality and courtesy...Chef Tiziano guarantees great quality together with his team and the dining room staff.... ..I mention only two dishes: tagliolini with sea cicada and Catalan lobster consumed on two different occasions.....I can't add anything else.....except that the place, Maglie, maintains all its Salento charm. ....and it's worth a walk....and tasting a good pasticciotto.....

Stunning location, a wonderfully restored historic home. The quality of the food, as well as the preparations are TOP! Definitely a highly recommended restaurant for those who want to spend an elegant evening eating excellent food.

We stayed in this hotel on Saturday 17th and left on Sunday 18th. The hotel is located in an early twentieth century building in Maglie in a central position. Given that the hotel is a four-star hotel and therefore it is assumed that the services are available with them. Well upon arrival we find the reception unmanned, the hotel does not have a lift and no employee bothered to pick up our suitcase to take it to our room. Same thing happened at the start. Let's now move on to breakfast: croissants, slices of tarts, some fresh fruit, without anything salty, something worthy of two or three stars. The only advantage is the central location.

An evening experience at this chic and sophisticated restaurant.
Food of the highest level, very fresh fish, service very attentive to customer needs.
We felt pampered.

We went to the restaurant on a Thursday evening and were pleasantly impressed, starting from the beautiful garden, the atmosphere, the food and the professionalism of the waiters.
As soon as we arrived we were welcomed into the garden and they immediately brought us white bread, 5 grain bread and Apulian taralli with oil.
Meanwhile, a waiter showed us the catch of the day (in our case: monkfish, scorpion fish, lobster, sea cicada and sea bream) and explained to us, for each product, how it could be prepared. We opted for two tastings of cooked and one raw (photo below): the combinations are spectacular, my favorite was the salmon with stracciata, on which they proposed (and we accepted) a splash of gin. We also ate linguine with monkfish (catch of the day): The fish was excellently prepared, a dish without defects.
For dessert we were offered a vanilla ice cream made by them where it was possible to add toppings chosen on the spot.
At the end, we were offered a homemade chocolate-based liqueur.
If I pass through those parts again, I will gladly return.
