My first, but certainly not my last, visit to this delightful agriturismo. The outdoor setting is truly beautiful, with many animals to see and panoramic views of the valley and surrounding villages. The interior ambiance is that of a true rustic agriturismo. The dishes are excellent, from appetizers to braised meat, with a special mention for the jugged hare. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. The menu is strictly à la carte, with a wide selection. This alone makes La Calpa a agriturismo worth the trip. Try it and believe it.

Beautiful farmhouse, warm and welcoming. We ate wonderful pizzoccheri with cavolo nero, potatoes, and hazelnuts, mixed grill, delicious venison bites with blueberries, and venison stew. Highly recommended! The house wine was excellent, too!

The food was divine and plentiful, so much so that with a portion of cheese for two and a portion of venison and polenta each, we struggled to finish it! We'll be back soon!

We found it by chance after a walk in the area, and we really enjoyed it. Excellent food, generous portions, and attentive and helpful staff. Plenty of space outside with a beautiful view of the valley.

I rarely leave reviews, but we stumbled upon this place by chance and were truly impressed, booking three times in one week. The place is rustic and warm with a large outdoor area. The portions are generous with affordable prices, the pasta is homemade, and the ingredients are fresh, from the appetizer—which isn't your average starter but much richer—to the exquisite desserts. A plus is the super young, cheerful, and helpful service. There's no doubt that for those of us who live there, it's the best place to eat in the valley. We fell in love. Thank you for everything.

Cascina con una cucina tipica ma anche piatti di selvaggina interessanti. Personale efficiente e cortese. Abbiamo mangiato i pizzoccheri porri salsiccia e porcini decisamente gradevoli , gnocchi alle ortiche molto buoni, stufato di cervo e polenta, bocconcini di capriolo ai porcini e mirtilli, tiramisù e cheesecake alle fragole, 1 litro di vino sfuso, 1 amaro ed 1 caffè spendendo quasi 100 euro. Non poco ma hanno inciso molto i secondi di selvaggina che ci sono piaciuti ma meno rispetto ai primi ed ai dolci che ci hanno davvero stupito favorevolmente. Alla fine abbiamo fatto davvero molta fatica a finire tutto perché le porzioni sono generose da qui il titolo della recensione. Unico piccolo neo era che ogni tanto si notava del fumo perché il locale è tipo mansardato e non c’è tanta areazione e probabilmente il fumo arrivava dalla cucina.

Se c’è una giornata di sole, stare fuori e’ sicura meglio: respiri l’aria con la vista delle vicine montagne. Noi abbiamo trovato una giornata così così, quindi all’interno. Prenotato all’ultimo, una gentile signora ci ha trovato il posto per 4 persone. All’interno travi di legno ma, per i miei gusti, un po’ di aria non guastava. Magari aprendo le ribalte. Comunque il cibo è il classico bergamasco, e a noi piace! Piatti fin troppo abbondanti. Il tagliere direi ottimo. Parcheggio e area giochi bimbi, per una giornata lontana dallo stress.
