Ci siamo fermati a pranzo e devo dire che è stata una piacevole scoperta. Ogni piatto rispecchia la tradizione piemontese anche se viene rivisitato. Il personale è gentile e premuroso. Consigliato!!!

Enoteca-ristorante in pieno centro, proprio di fronte al castello. Essendo domenica e non avendo prenotato, era al completo, ma fuori, di fianco all'ingresso c'era un tavolino libero, quindi abbiamo chiesto se potevamo pranzare fuori. È stata la scelta giusta, perché era una bella giornata e avevamo pure il cane! Servizio veloce, personale gentile e attento, cucina del territorio. Abbiamo apprezzato tutto, anche il vino, ovviamente!

25/10/2025: After a lovely circular hike in the surrounding mountains, we arrived at 2:30 PM at this unfamiliar inn, hoping to grab a bite to eat given the time. To our surprise, they greeted us with a truly impressive menu: we chose veal with tuna sauce and tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, finishing with wild berry tart and chocolate cake. All dishes were excellent, the service was courteous and impeccable, and they even offered us two appetizers for our dogs. If you're passing through, it's worth a stop.
31/08/2025: I found this place by chance, passing through the area on my motorcycle and noticing the sign for the restaurant. It was a pleasant surprise. A quiet, mountain-cabin-like place with a beautiful panoramic view, nestled in the grounds of the Madonna del Lago Sanctuary. I chose the borage ravioli and the mutton rostelle with a side dish, both excellent. The owners are very kind, and I plan to return as soon as possible. The price is appropriate for the setting.

20/09/2025: Everything exceeded expectations. The attention to sharing appetizers was much appreciated.
10/09/2025: Overall disappointing experience. Lovely atmosphere ans setting, but bad service and underwhelming food. - The waiter brought completely the wrong wine (different grape, completely different vintage). He poured without showing the bottle. When challenged, he said "sorry we have run out of the other" as if we'd just accept any old replacement, despite being in Barolo.... perhaps becuase we are "stupid tourists" like the previous reviewer... - The food was also disappointing- the lamb mostly just bone and fat. The knife wasn't sharp enough to eat it. The starter lacked finesse. - We were not offered bread, unlike every other table - No offer of dessert, coffee at the end of the meal - We waited 15 minutes for the bill after asking So all in all very disappointing, and I would avoid unless they fix their attitude.
