Il ristorante è di ottima qualità, il cuoco è competente, preparato e di esperienza nonostante la giovane età, serve dei piatti buonissimi preparati con cura e attenzione: questo, quando si lavora con passione. Le materie prime sono scelte con cura per lo più da fornitori della zona. I vini abbinati sono il tocco di classe, il bello è che ci si può fermare anche a dormire :) L'occhio e il palato possono godere del piacere della tavola. Il prezzo assolutamente basso rispetto all'offerta. Lo consiglio vivamente perché merita.

I slept like a little angel in a quiet, clean and scented room. The restaurant is of excellent quality, the young chef is competent and prepared, serving delicious dishes prepared with care and attention. The welcome is familiar, kind and helpful. The super bar stocked with the highest quality products. The place offers a lot to nature and mountain lovers, the owner offers himself as a guide and is an excellent connoisseur of the places. The price is absolutely low compared to the offer. I highly recommend it because it deserves it.

Exceptional hotel, service and cuisine!

The Vittoria hotel is located in a good location in Claut. The staff is very kind and attentive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The delicacies that the hotel prepares are truly excellent, local products and wines are divine!

The Vittoria tree is located in the center of Claut near a large car park a few steps from the structure. The village is quiet and you can move around on foot for the visit. You enter from the bar area and then as soon as you enter the corridor there is a first large room on the right, then continuing you will find another on the left a little further on. We didn't stay so I can't evaluate the rooms but if the care is that put into the dishes I think there's no story. We, however, had the pleasure of trying a tasting of local and typical products. There were 4 tables on which the dishes were arranged: a table with cold drinks, one with the savory proposal based on tasty cheeses and cured meats and sausages (also based on venison), another with the sweet proposal in which homemade biscuits had been arranged (simple shortcrust pastry, chocolate, almond, walnut, peanut) and finally one with 3 types of hot herbal teas to accompany with honey. All the products were of high quality and really delicious, accompanied by excellent wine. Those who accompanied us confirmed that the owner carefully chooses the raw materials and the proposals for the customers. The staff were very courteous and welcoming. The entrance is accessible with strollers and wheelchairs, as is the car park which is located a little further on on the right after the bend.

Availability and quality to which we are no longer (alas) accustomed. Excellent room, super breakfast, extreme kindness at a very honest cost. Advised

Beautiful place. I felt so at home and at ease here that when it came to leave, my heart ached a bit! Delightful accommodation with lovely attention to detail, and the best meal we've had in a long time. Many congratulations on creating such a welcoming home away from home.
