My “place” when I go to Courmayeur… Run by Ermes and his chef friend and by other people in rotation, all happy and content to be there… so, when you are there with them, you can only share the state of grace…

29/08/2025: A warm and attentive welcome, a splendid location with a view of the Ayace Valley, and food focused on Aosta Valley specialties, all delicious. We returned to complete our samplings. Aosta Valley soup, crespelle, porcini mushroom soup, onion soup...and then the desserts, with whipped cream made with their own milk. Highly recommended!
25/08/2025: The dishes are plentiful and very good. The staff is very friendly... it's worth trying.
