Esperienza che coinvolge non solo il palato. L'ambiente è accogliente, in perfetto stile toscano, si viene accolti e ci si sente immediatamente a proprio agio. L'impressione successiva è quella di essere in un ambiente familiare. La sensazione è confermata al primo assaggio. Ma andiamo con ordine. Il menù conferma la prima impressione: tutto nella tradizione toscana. Ovviamente h ìo assaggiato solo alcuni piatti ma alcuni sono rimasti impressi sia nel mio palato che nella mia mente: l'antipasto è assolutamente delizioso, ravioli con sugo di chianina spettacolari e pici all'aglione buonissimi. La fiorentina conferma le prime impressioni. Il contorno di funghi porcini è all'altezza di tutto il resto. Cosa dire se non esperienza fantastica da ripetere se tornerò in zona.

After searching for a local restaurant for our last night in Italy we found Ristorante Bar La Scuderia. Beautiful Tuscan style restaurant with delicious food and friendly staff. The ravioli melted in the mouth & the desserts were amazing. The waitress was patient with my attempts at speaking Italian & we thoroughly enjoyed our evening.

All good Fiorentina is as spectacular as they make it It's a shame that they are unreachable lately. I've been going there for more than 10 years but lately I haven't been able to contact them. Too bad!
