Sunday lunch. In the historic center of Saluzzo. Cozy room, with low, vaulted brick ceilings. Evocative environment. Strangely half-empty (besides ours, only one other table was occupied), fast and courteous service. Piedmontese cuisine with the right creative reinterpretation. I can tell you, without equivocation, that it was one of the best gastronomic experiences of my life! We ate a raw focaccia and burrata to divide in two (very crunchy and very tasty), the tajarin cacio e pepe (indescribable how good and delicate they were but still very tasty) and the meat plin carbonara (delicious and unforgettable), all accompanied by a glass of Barolo. Then a Rocher dessert (also fantastic). We will happily return several times. So, if you ever pass through Saluzzo, this nice and welcoming place is a safe choice without doubts.

An absolutely perfect evening wonderful, well-kept, fresh ambience with antique accents, everything is just right down to the smallest detail! very good modern yet authentic food, really nice staff! The lady who served us was friendly, very accommodating and funny! our dogs also got some water everything was perfect! We think the prices are reasonable for this quality! Walking along Via Bodoni in search of a place to have dinner I was attracted by this little square with a vaguely Parisian flavour. A delicious surprise. Simple and refined environment, perfect background music, excellent food, perfect meat, a vegan first course with fresh and summery flavours. Accurate and welcoming service. Glass of quality wine. Perfect and fresh beer. From aperitif to dinner. Most of the tables on the small square. Truly a nice discovery.

We have had the pleasure of dining in this small restaurant several times. The choice of very interesting menu, quality raw materials, very careful preparation of the dishes and impeccable presentation. The polite and helpful staff, in particular I congratulate Emanuele, prepared and attentive. We will return without hesitation. Well done!

Beautiful place, a beautiful atmosphere in the summer terrace immersed in the small square of the first historic center, very good food, the price "fairly" honest!!! Definitely recommended!!!
