È stata davvero una bellissima esperienza sia dal punto di vista gastronomico che umano Sui piatti niente da dire a cominciare dalla cocotte come antipasto che ci è stata suggerita, ottima la tartare e spaziali le ravioles al tomino di Melle ❤️ Un gradino sotto i tajarin cacio e pepe (giustamente chiamato eretico) Complice una giornata calma, il ragazzo in sala ci ha dedicato tanto tempo spiegandoci i piatti, quello che c’è dietro, la filosofia del locale e consigliandoci un calice di vino locale, il Pelaverga. Davvero un’ottima pausa pranzo
