My first time in this place... I must say a truly delightful place, a refined and welcoming environment. Well trained and very friendly staff. We took the "tasting in the dark" menu... everything chosen by the chef. Definitely a restaurant where I will return.

It has now become our TOP restaurant, never a bad evening, a wrong dish or unsuitable service. Always everything perfect. Last dinner based on San Miniato white truffles, a perfect path on which it was impossible to find the best dish of the evening. 👏👏👏

Elegant and refined location. Excellent quality food, well cooked and well presented. The tasting menu has interesting dishes and adequate portions. Excellent quality/price ratio. Kind and attentive staff. Recommended place, also for events.

An excellent restaurant. The "In the dark" tasting menu surprised us with dishes with refined flavors and successful balances. We especially loved the octopus and the plated dessert. The quality is that of a starred restaurant but the price is more accessible. The staff is very courteous, welcoming and cheerful. The location is also interesting: modern and surrounded by a garden with marble sculptures. A recommended restaurant for a special evening!

Una delle eccellenze nella ristorazione carrarina. Cucina classica con un tocco di rivisitazione personale,la guida Michelin è meritevole. Ho scelto il crudo composto da scampi e ostriche Gillardeau,un’ottima tartare di tonno con salsa guacamole ed una fantastica linguina al riccio. Ottima la carta dei vini ed il servizio,Extra rimane una garanzia da conservare.

Tra gusto e design Extra è la novità Michelin alle spalle di Marina di Carrara. Un ristorante moderno e luminoso dove poter gustare un menù degustazione oppure alla carta. Ho dato 5 stelle perché di più non si può .Il cameriere che ci ha servito è stato perfetto in ogni cosa. Semplicemente meravigliosi. …il cibo divino dall'antipasto al dolce.

08/09/2024: Location carina e suggestiva, sicuramente durante le ore diurne o comunque al tramonto rende di più. Nel complesso piccola e ben tenuta. Servizio cordiale e premuroso. Per quanto riguarda il menù a fatica do la sufficienza, pochi piatti, cucina tipica senza lode e senza infamia. Potrebbero sicuramente osare di più. Prezzo nella norma.
05/08/2024: Spectacular place, after the visit to the Malaspina castle we put our legs under the table and enjoyed a royal lunch, everything was exceptional, excellent chefs, friendly and very kind staff, everything was delicious... I will definitely return
