Locale moderno,pochi ampi tavoli ben distanziati, sottofondo musicale, personale professionale, empatico, non invadente, proposte intriganti,dove riesci a sentire il sapore di ogni ingredienti delle eccellenti materie prime utilizzate, prezzi onesti anche per i vini, lo consigliamo e ci torneremo al più presto, Sig. Ferrari

Innanzitutto da premiare perché trovare un ristorante aperto a pranzo nei giorni feriali è diventato sempre più complicato. Poi passiamo alla cucina:speciali i tagliolini con il tartufo e la calamarata,ottima la tartare con tartufo. Ennesima volta che provo Extra,lo ritengo un’eccellenza a Carrara.

My first time in this place... I must say a truly delightful place, a refined and welcoming environment. Well trained and very friendly staff. We took the "tasting in the dark" menu... everything chosen by the chef. Definitely a restaurant where I will return.

It has now become our TOP restaurant, never a bad evening, a wrong dish or unsuitable service. Always everything perfect. Last dinner based on San Miniato white truffles, a perfect path on which it was impossible to find the best dish of the evening. 👏👏👏

24/03/2025: Typical and quality dishes, Abundant portions ... Quick and attentive customer service.. Excellent prices!!! Quality raw materials (including meat). We didn't take desserts because we were too full but on paper there is a wide choice. Recommended!!!
