Ristorante Bar Extra In Carrara

This is my first time visiting this restaurant. I was invited to lunch. I will definitely return.

Innanzitutto da premiare perché trovare un ristorante aperto a pranzo nei giorni feriali è diventato sempre più complicato. Poi passiamo alla cucina:speciali i tagliolini con il tartufo e la calamarata,ottima la tartare con tartufo. Ennesima volta che provo Extra,lo ritengo un’eccellenza a Carrara.

Excellent catering and service. Minimalist location

My first time in this place... I must say a truly delightful place, a refined and welcoming environment. Well trained and very friendly staff. We took the "tasting in the dark" menu... everything chosen by the chef. Definitely a restaurant where I will return.

Professional and at the same time friendly and pleasant welcome. Very good food.

It has now become our TOP restaurant, never a bad evening, a wrong dish or unsuitable service. Always everything perfect. Last dinner based on San Miniato white truffles, a perfect path on which it was impossible to find the best dish of the evening. 👏👏👏

...non étoilée vraisemblablement avec raison ( voir ci-dessous). Tout d'abord un accueil magnifique, un cadre dans l'esprit de la ville avec un bâtiment en marbre puis une carte des mets intéressante avec une carte des vins correcte sans plus. Le plat principal une dorade avec pommes de terre et cèpes était excellent tout comme les entrées. Le plat de pâtes aux palourdes était malheureusement trop salé ( certainement dû au fond de cuisson) alors que le dessert était trop doux ( nous sommes au sud de l'Europe où les desserts sont généralement plus doux). Finalement une très belle découverte nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
