Eravamo stanchi dopo una lunga pedalata in bici a Favignana, abbiamo prenotato all'ultimo momento, eppure siamo stati accolti a braccia aperte dal giovane gestore e da chef e camerieri disponibili e cordiali. Il posto è sperduto nella contrada Cavallo, ma l'atmosfera è suggestiva e riposante...immersa tra fiori, natura selvaggia e angoli romantici. I piatti assaggiati erano veramente inediti, frutto di ricerca culinaria, con prodotti pregiati e straordinario equilibrio di sapori. Strepitose le tagliarelle impastate col nero di seppie al sugo di granchio blu... e squisito il calamaro grigliato con spuma di mango e maionese ai ricci... Veri piatti gourmet senza snobbismi e a prezzi contenuti. Per buongustai.

Cibo molto buono, ottima la tagliata di tonno, la caponata di tonno e i primi. Locale bello con tavoli solo all’aperto. Il servizio ha molti margini di miglioramento.

03/10/2025: We followed the Routard's advice. The restaurant is now called Aurora, and we understand that there's a continuity with the previous one. In any case, the comments still apply: it's very good, fresh, and fairly priced. We really enjoyed the bruschetta with fish and shrimp tartare, then the spaghetti alla vongole (delicious sauce!) and the pasta with tuna and bottarga. Several of the guests were island residents, which is a very good sign. Friendly service. Thank you very much!
18/09/2025: I ordered a portion of tuna with sweet and sour sauce. The portion was quite small, the sauce excellent - I had to wait for the bread that the staff forgot to bring; the tuna did not seem fresh...

08/02/2026: Everything was perfect! Today, Sunday, February 8, I went to this restaurant with my wife, Kia. It was beautifully managed, with very attentive waitstaff, and the food was excellent!! The first course was a dreamy octopus ragù and spaghetti with clams. To finish, or rather, we anticipated, the mixed fried fish appetizer was a feast for the taste buds! A lunch to remember. Thank you.
01/02/2026: One of the best restaurants I've had lunch at. The food is delicious and fresh. I tried the mixed seafood, which was fantastic, and the tiramisu and coffee were also excellent.
