Well, what can I say? Excellent hospitality, excellent food, and a super welcoming atmosphere.
I was fortunate enough to meet the entire "family" of this wonderful Baita, and I was captivated... especially by the spirit and ambition of a magnificent person, Chef Enrico himself; everything was truly perfect, the food truly fresh and with excellent flavors.
I will definitely return, and I highly recommend it.

Newly under new management
(The last time I was there was only 18 years ago)
The atmosphere and location are nothing short of fabulous: a wonderful view of Mount Pelmo, our dear friend Pelmo❣️
The service in general and the special attention paid to celiac disease and milk allergies are particularly noteworthy.
Everything is clearly specified on the menu, plus the staff is helpful and knowledgeable, and everything is taken care of courteously.
Finally, the food is excellent!
I tried the fabulous double-cooked chicken with apple sauce and baked potatoes (gluten-free and dairy-free).
My husband, on the other hand, tried the delicious mountaineer's dish.
Both were satisfied: we hope to return very soon!
Currently, there are no desserts for celiacs, but the Baita does stock Sammontana AMANDO ice cream, a gluten-free and vegan croissant.
