We had lunch at this artisanal restaurant on our way to Siena and it was a pleasant surprise! The food is prepared with great care and fresh ingredients, with flavors reminiscent of true Italian cuisine. The dishes were delicious, well seasoned and served with a beautiful presentation. The atmosphere is welcoming, ideal for a family meal, and the service was friendly and efficient. In addition to the quality, the value for money is excellent, especially considering the standard of the food offered.

The atmosphere of a small local Italian bar, cheap, good and atmosphere. Rather for connoisseurs than lovers of expensive restaurants.

Non è la prima volta che mi ci fermo. Oggi tagliatelle ai funghi e spinaci come secondo. Tutto ottimo e veloci nonostante il , come sempre, tutto esaurito. Prezzi veramente onesti , da amici. Consigliatissimo.

On Via Cassia, crossing Buonconvento, a restaurant for workers and working people. Therefore all the tables are different, as are the chairs and the water glasses, needless to say, from a tavern. The wine ones are perfect, even for just one quart. House wine means what they do, on the farm of the same name, and is worth more than it costs. I have no doubts about this, it is my job. Simple, traditional dishes, well made and with generous portions, as befits those who work all day. Young, quick, friendly service, and as happens in places like this, better than many with very different claims. The price is suitable for those who have to eat there every day on the street. We need a patron saint to keep the trattorias like this.
