Historic hotel in an excellent central location, near the train station. Extremely kind, attentive, and professional staff. Comfort is guaranteed. Breakfast is varied and plentiful, both sweet and savory, with a wide selection of fresh fruit. Whole-grain breads could be added. Breakfast is served in the B-Roof, on the fifth floor, with a spectacular view of the city's historic center—an added bonus. Lunch, aperitifs, and dinner are also available in the same restaurant. The staff is extremely courteous. The elegant atmosphere makes you feel immediately at ease, thanks to the attentive staff. Excellent dinner at a reasonable price. The room, equipped with very comfortable beds and quiet, features beautiful original period furnishings. I was slightly perplexed by the chipped marble finish on one wall near the bed and the incomplete cleaning of the bathroom floor. It is certainly a very comfortable and elegant hotel, attentive to the well-being of its guests, perfect for a delightful holiday in Florence.

January 19-21, 2024. At the Baglioni for the sixth time. It never disappoints. A historic hotel with a rich history, built in 1903. Elegant, understated, and extremely comfortable. The room overlooked Piazza Unità d'Italia, with a clear view of Santa Maria Novella. The train station is just steps away. The breakfast terrace has a stunning view of the Medici Chapels, the Duomo, and Palazzo Vecchio. Unmissable! Perfect!

A hotel with an antique feel, the sound of wood, and the harmony of unique views to be enjoyed on the fifth floor. Centrally located, very close to the station, yet so private. The rooms are beautiful, and breakfast offers a truly enchanting view of Florence. I stayed at this hotel for a conference, but I hope to return for a romantic weekend. The staff is very friendly, and the atmosphere is super elegant. Highly recommended.

The breakfast restaurant clearly had better seats, but they deliberately led me to a dark corner. Only after I expressed my anger did they say there were better seats available. (Is this subtle racism???) The front desk didn't explain the reason for my check-in, causing a long delay. They only apologized and offered me a drink after I contacted Ctrip customer service myself. 🙃 Furthermore, on my second night, there was a party outside my room around 7 PM with loud talking. When I called the front desk, they were very rude. Italy is wonderful, and I would like to go back, but Italians really should stop with this subtle racism. What era are we living in?

The hotel is in an excellent location in Florence, close to the train station, but above all close to many monuments and shops. The staff is helpful and efficient, attentive to guests and ready to meet their needs. The hotel interior is wonderful, meticulously maintained, and above all, clean. The panoramic terrace offers a spectacular view. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and clean; however, there are two flaws: the lack of a fan in the bathroom and the poor soundproofing, meaning we could hear those upstairs and people on the street. The restaurant is elegant and refined, and here too, you have a wonderful view of the dome and the rooftops of Florence. The breakfast was a bit disorganized, with no list of ingredients or product names; it was very industrial. My sincere compliments; we were delighted and delighted with our stay and hope to return soon. Thank you to all the staff.

It seemed like they gave us a bigger and better room after looking at our luggage. The lady at the desk was really thoughtful. I stayed at two hotels in Florence, but Baglioni, which I booked for its cost-effectiveness, was by far the best. There were no mosquitoes, and they didn't put us in a corner because we were Asians. It really had all the basics covered. The location was also great, right in front of a supermarket. We went for breakfast a little late, around 9:00, but they gave us a good table. It might have been luck, but I hate eating breakfast without washing up and wearing a hat. I always eat breakfast ready to go, so I think they gave us a good table because they saw how clean it was.

Great place to stay. Close to main attraction. Roof top restaurant have amazing views. When you eat breakfast the views is spectacular !! Highly recommend …
