Excellent hotel located a few steps from the train station. It is a historic hotel in the center of Florence. Wonderful panoramic terrace from which you can admire the beauties of the city.

Our family booked 2 rooms 216 and 214. Location is great. We paid about 3000 pounds for 4 nights. In the morning very noisy because the house keeping service to nearby other guestroom around 8.30 -9.00 am woke me up. Some front office staff was very helpful but some staff Elisa was unacceptable. I asked her to put the mark on the keycard so I know which keycard is for which room as we had 2 rooms. She declined because the hotel needs to reuse the keycard to the new guest after we checkout. Putting a mark on will be impossible to reuse the keycard for another guest. I am very disappointed. With the amout we paid 3000 pounds the hotel staff is so mean. It is just one keycard. Hope the hotel can be more generous.

I was a guest of this hotel for a work commitment from April 10th to 11th and I must say that the professionalism of the staff was truly impressive. From the concierge to the restaurant, through to the room staff, each member of the staff demonstrated great competence and courtesy. A special thanks goes to the young Anna, who dedicates herself to arranging the rooms, and who has shown extraordinary kindness and helpfulness. When she saw me struggling with my bags down the hall, she offered to walk me to my room, even though it wasn't her job. His gesture was truly appreciated and made my stay even more pleasant. Overall, I can say that this hotel offers high quality service and a welcoming environment. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and professional stay.

Fabulous stay of 6 nights. Room service was lovely, cleaned and fresh towels daily. Breakfast was very nice. Even when we left at 5.30 am the porter was very nice and he shook our hands.He had a few words and wished us well. That sums up this hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay.

All very well, beautiful comfortable rooms in a Florentine artisan style, which I really like, excellent service, fantastic view of the cathedral from the restaurant.

Our 3 night stay here could not have been better … from the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. Excellent location, close to the train station. The rooms were clean and well appointed (loved the clothes steamer) Mini bar was a nice surprise 😀 Only thing that could make this hotel better would be cheaper laundry service … but hey … that’s Europe.

Very pretty, well located, near the tram, bus stops, and SMNovella Firenze station. the welcoming, friendly, smiling staff. Great hotel, Big room, clean. I highly recommend it without a doubt.

Ristorante di qualità situato all'ultimo piano dell' hotel Baglioni. La visra e bellissima su Firenze si possomo ammirare il Duomo il Campanile le Cappelle Medicee e altro. Il servizio molto accurato e gentile, per il compleanno di mio figlio ci hanno accontentato alle nostre richieste. I piatti erano buoni, anche la bistecca alla fiorentina molto buona.

Impresionante restaurante, solicitó un asiento junto a la ventana en la reserva que fue acomodado. La vista era tan hermosa y el restaurante tenía un ambiente encantador. Optamos por el menú fijo del filete florentino con entrante, postre y una copa de chianti, toda la comida estaba deliciosa y el filete en particular era excelente. El personal era atento y amable. No podría haber pedido una mejor noche en Florencia! Sin duda recomendaría
