B-Roof In Firenze

The staff were so friendly, and the lobby and rooms were both beautiful and clean. My room had a sofa and a balcony, and the view was absolutely beautiful. Haha. The breakfast view was lovely, with a view of the Duomo. The breakfast was delicious. The soundproofing from the next room was also excellent. It was perfect.

It was a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, everything was super clean. The staff was knowledgeable, kind, and helpful, and the view was breathtaking. A huge, enchanting terrace awaits us smokers. I hope to return soon.

The room was spacious and beautiful, but the soundproofing was poor, to the point where I could hear the water in the next room, the phone vibrating, and the hair dryer. When checking in, I felt more overbearing than friendly. This was the first time I'd ever encountered a check-in counter where no one smiled. I didn't feel welcome. The staff at the 5th floor restaurant were friendly. The location is good.

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary and had an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly. The room was older but very clean, the bathroom was excellent, and everything was of very high quality. We had dinner at the upstairs restaurant (reservations are required) and it was a wonderful experience with a view of the cathedral and top-notch service and food. Thank you so much!

The location is good, but the hotel itself is quite average. The breakfast, however, was good. The rooms are old and not clean. In my room, one of the towels was dirty, and there was someone else's hair on the chair. You cannot open the windows and there is no daylight in the room. Some rooms don't have windows at all. The views from the roof terrace are lovely, and it's great to enjoy an aperitif or breakfast there. But to be hoonest the price is too high for this place.

The rooms are beautiful and clean, the service is excellent, and the location is perfect. Simply wonderful.

Great location, amenities and room. They do three times a day room cleaning. Spacious room with a touch of history. Rooftop bar was pretty. If you rent a car they will give you a ZTL pass which is very accommodating. Car parking is roughly ~40Euro nightly.

The hotel is worthy of its star rating. In fact, I wonder why it can't be a 5-star, given the excellent service throughout. The staff were kind, in every role. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The interiors were truly luxurious. The price was more than reasonable. These are the hotels that deserve it, regardless of their category.

Divine experience in an exclusive setting.

A fantastic hotel with first-class service. The hotel is very well located in the heart of Florence, and is easily accessible on foot. From the airport, the T2 tram takes 30 minutes to the hotel. All in all, a fantastic stay.
