This restaurant deserves all the praise in the world. Amazing modern Italian cuisine! The crespelle were unbelievably good, the rabbit special and the PannaCotta are to die for! Amazing food in an amazing restaurant

Per esempio le crespelle alla Fiorentina con le verdure che cambiano secondo la stagione, i bignolini salati con crema di ricotta e funghi, il ragù bianco alle tre carni e il favoloso tris di panna cotta molecolare. Cuochi giovani, cameriera ultra professionale e simpatica, e titolare che gira tra i tavoli a spiegare le ricette. Vi consiglio di andarci , Claudio Poli

Traditional dishes, but with new details that amaze. I mention the Florentine crepes, with vegetables that change according to the season. The white ragù with three meats etc. Finally, the trio of molecular panna cotta must be tasted. Excellent and friendly service, young chefs, owner who goes around the tables explaining the various recipes. A restaurant to really recommend. Claudio Poli

questo locale ha superato le nostre aspettative! l’ambiente curato, il personale attento e il cibo ottimo! consiglio assolutamente il flan di zucchine i ravioli e il coniglio! degna di nota anche la guancia di manzo, un burro! ampia scelta di vini e servizio ottimo! lo consiglio vivamente!

We went for dinner yesterday. Everything excellent. The overcooked cheek with Morellino di Scansano is unmissable. Very kind and professional staff.

04/01/2025: I've always had a great time, simple atmosphere, family management, everything homemade. Special mention for the Florentine tripe (but also for the rest!!!). I highly recommend it.
28/12/2024: Local as in the past as I like them. Ordered HOMEMADE Maremma tortelli with classic ragù (it can also be wild boar and other flavours) which, despite being a thin but at the same time rough pastry, literally melted in the mouth. Congratulations to Alessandro who created a masterpiece. For the second course we took the baked rabbit and veal. All very good but THE RABBIT WAS COOKED IN THE WOOD OVEN PRACTICALLY STRATOSPHERIC! Everything else up to the dessert HOMEMADE BY THEM. 110 cum laude with honorary degrees to all 3 brothers in the kitchen and in the dining room for SERVICE, DISHES, FRIENDSHIP, KINDNESS AND ABOVE ALL FOR THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD. RED CARPET AND HAT OFF. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

28/12/2024: We were looking for a simple but good place but we didn't seem to find it in the village, until we came across this old tavern where friendliness and informality are at home, and also the quality of the dishes. Low prices and family atmosphere. Recommended for those who appreciate the above.
