What can I say... there are no words... starting from the owner and the staff. Everything was perfect... each dish better than the last, you can eat everything from truffles to steak for a spectacular explosion of flavor!!!

A well-kept, clean, and welcoming restaurant. The staff is courteous, polite, and knowledgeable. The dishes are well-balanced in quantity, meticulously prepared, and unique in flavor. Impeccable service, from the welcome drink to the bill, which is reasonable and modest for the quality and location. The wines are excellent, and the selection of traditional products is varied. I highly recommend stopping by.

Excellent classy place with special food, price not for everyone, top location

We dined today at Bacco & Cerere at Via Giuseppe Mazzini 4 in Saturnia, after meeting chef Fabio Vallini by chance in the market square, and he treated us to his restaurant despite the dog ban. What can I say? It was simply an outstanding experience. From the very first moment, we received a warm welcome, and the ambiance is elegant yet casual – perfect for a special day, but without a stuffy atmosphere. The cuisine is impressive across the board: The dishes combine traditional Tuscan ingredients with creative touches. We particularly remember the Menu al Tartufo and the Menu Degustazione Bacco & Cerre, wonderfully aromatic and featuring carefully selected meats, as well as the Tagliolini al tartufo, where the flavor of truffles and pasta perfectly harmonize. According to the current menu, this delight does come at a price (e.g., Tagliolini al tartufo is around €25), but the quality justifies every cent. The service team was attentive, friendly, and competent: wine and food recommendations were presented with passion and expertise. The wine and menu suggestions clearly demonstrated the importance of creating a harmonious overall experience. Other guests also emphasized this high quality: for example, "Excellent food, carefully prepared, with a choice of ingredients" in a recent review. The location in the center of Saturnia makes the visit even more pleasant—ideal after an excursion or a day of wellness in the surrounding area. Prices are in the upper mid-range, which seems absolutely reasonable for such quality. In short: If you're in Saturnia and are looking for excellent Tuscan cuisine with a gourmet touch, Bacco & Cerere is the place to be. We will definitely be back. Excellent environment, quality and kindness

Chosen a bit at random, but fortunately it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. Impeccable service and more than excellent dishes. The staff and owners were incredibly kind, friendly, and professional.
