Very warm welcome from the owner and his son. Their linguistic knowledge allowed us to have interesting exchanges. Slightly sublimated and tasty local dishes. If you are taking a trip through Saturnia, I highly recommend this restaurant.

Exceptional experience!
I can only recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience. Each dish is an explosion of flavors, with attention to the smallest details both in the presentation and in the quality of the ingredients. The staff is extremely courteous, attentive and always with a smile. The atmosphere is elegant but welcoming, perfect for a romantic dinner or a special evening. Well done to the chef and all the staff – I will definitely be back!

Atmosphere with the owner very friendly offering us the dishes of the day. As we do not speak Italian we understood that the first dish was asparagus but it was asparagus pasta with truffle certainly good but nothing more. Afterwards I ate the rabbit with spinach and potatoes, the dish was certainly good too but nothing more.
My companion and. I had a good time, we expected better taste point of view.

Per esempio le crespelle alla Fiorentina con le verdure che cambiano secondo la stagione, i bignolini salati con crema di ricotta e funghi, il ragù bianco alle tre carni e il favoloso tris di panna cotta molecolare.
Cuochi giovani, cameriera ultra professionale e simpatica, e titolare che gira tra i tavoli a spiegare le ricette.

questo locale ha superato le nostre aspettative! l’ambiente curato, il personale attento e il cibo ottimo! consiglio assolutamente il flan di zucchine i ravioli e il coniglio! degna di nota anche la guancia di manzo, un burro! ampia scelta di vini e servizio ottimo! lo consiglio vivamente!
