We arrived at the property on 05/17 to discover upon arrival that the restaurant was closed for holidays, despite a reservation made through The Fork which for some reason failed to notify us of this. Whereupon we then went to Ultroneo by Atman, the bistro of the starred restaurant and there we met Marco, chef of Atman, who, mortified by the inconvenience, allowed us to enter his culinary reality, taking care of the smallest detail so that we could try a Michelin experience while not being in Villa Rospigliosi. Congratulations to Marco for the great and innovative idea of cuisine based on the territory and the Tuscan tradition, but also for the warmth and human sensitivity that made us practically forget about the inconvenience.
Beautiful historic structure, with magnificent park. The food and wine aromas drive you crazy. Welcoming and caring hosts.
