Ristorante Astoria Italia In Udine

I stayed last night at this hotel, conveniently located within the walls of the historic center, within walking distance of all the surrounding areas, and a 15-minute walk from the train station. The hotel is classic and elegant, both in the rooms and in the lobby, which features a large, warm, and welcoming waiting room. The atmosphere is homely and serene. This is also thanks to the lobby staff, who kindly allowed me early check-in and allowed me to linger in the lounge the afternoon of my departure while waiting for my train. The room and breakfast staff are also commendable. I would revise the breakfast, perhaps slightly improving the quality and quantity. If I were to return to Udine, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Please note that the garage entrance is only for experienced drivers. Otherwise, ask at reception and they will drive the car into the garage.

Excellent hotel in the centre of Udine, with stylish, clean, and tidy rooms and comfortable bathrooms.

I didn't stay, I only passed by for the Galaxia casting, however at first sight it looks old-fashioned and welcoming

Very good location for sightseeing. The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms and the hotel are a bit dated, but what's more important to us is having a quiet room. Unfortunately, the breakfast area left a rather dull and sad impression.

Thanks to the warm welcome and friendliness of professionals like Matteo and Francesca, and their knowledge of the area, I felt right at home. As for the rest of the staff, they were very professional and attentive to their customers.

Decent hotel, a little dated. Clean room, with one flaw: mine didn't have a bidet. Decent breakfast. The location is its strong point, practically in the center of Udine, very close to the monuments and the beautiful Piazza della Libertà.

A real old-fashioned hotel. Clean, quiet. If you don't mind the old-fashioned atmosphere, highly recommended!
