Very nice in a mountain hut style, welcoming, warm, only the bathrooms need to be fixed a little better but nothing much, some adjustments in two bathrooms out of the three rooms, which are very nice, personalized and clean, excellent homemade and local food for breakfast that for dinner, very warm, helpful and kind staff, especially the very kind and helpful Lord Piero, who delighted us with his dishes which he chooses and recommends to the guests and also very helpful for the children who he affectionately satisfies, also very available and well catered for even with special diets like my sister who, being celiac, had everything gluten-free and felt safe and welcomed in eating calmly because they knew about the intolerance, the hotel is located in the center of a charming Barrea villa in a good location convenient for visiting both the center and strategic for going on excursions to all the wonderful places in the beautiful Abruzzo National Park, we woke up with a beautiful SNOW-COVERED view of the roofs of the wooden houses and the fascinating mountains, truly a wonderful weekend, thank you We highly recommend everything

We just had an amazing New Year's Eve at Hotel Art and can't help but share our amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed with warmth and friendliness. Piero, the hotel manager, in particular, went out of his way to make us feel at home, and this attention to detail made our stay truly special. The hotel is lovely, with a welcoming atmosphere that immediately put us at ease. The rooms are spacious, spotless and well furnished, each room art themed, with every comfort a family could want. The view from our room was spectacular, a true sight to enjoy every morning and evening. But what made our stay truly unique was the manager's hospitality. He pampered us at all times, with an ever-present smile and an availability that exceeded all expectations. He organized, together with his staff, an unforgettable New Year's Eve dinner, with delicious dishes and a festive atmosphere that made the evening truly special. So again, THANK YOU to the manager and the whole team for making our New Year's Eve so special!!! We can't wait to return! Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We stayed at the Art Hotel for one night, we had a great time. Among the kindness of Mr. Piero, the cleanliness of the rooms, the tranquility of the hotel and last but not least the goodness of what was eaten for dinner and breakfast. We highly recommend!

I stayed at the Art Hotel with my boyfriend from 4 to 6 October, and calling the experience "magical" is an understatement. The hotel is located just above the Villetta Barrea park; both the exterior and interior are well cared for, and each room, about twenty in total, is decorated with a unique theme that ranges from dance to the Divine Comedy to the cantons. Mr Piero, the hotel manager, welcomed us with a warm smile and made us feel at home from the first meal to the last breakfast. And speaking of dinners... every evening there were a choice of three first courses, two second courses with side dishes and, finally, a dessert. All the food was of excellent quality and incredibly tasty! And I say it with certainty: my boyfriend, who has a rather difficult palate, even asked for an encore – an unmistakable sign that everything was really delicious! On the last evening, I happened to read on another platform the review of a person who had stayed at the hotel a month ago, and I find it sad that he left a negative comment. Based on my experience, I can only deny those words: the Art Hotel is truly a special place. I would like to thank Mr. Piero for his kindness and for the pleasant chats with which he entertained us. Many might think it's just part of his job, but it's clear that he does it with real interest and passion. Thank you very much, and I highly recommend it to everyone! Go in large numbers, you won't regret it!

we spent a weekend in this hotel and had a great time appreciating the kindness and competence of Mr. Piero (manager) and the excellent home-made cuisine offered to us for dinner, not to mention the breakfast of handmade cakes. There is attention to the customer even with lactose-free products. Finally, Mr. Piero literally went out of his way to let me watch the Serie A match on Saturday evening in my room. Area for improvement: the TV in the room was too small and not very visible when you were lying in bed. We will definitely be back, very positive experience
