25/10/2024: I often go there on weekends, it's always full, during the week it's better and more manageable. The last time, on a Thursday afternoon, in the practically empty room I found all the tables and chairs dirty. The furniture is quite worn, especially the counter is broken and the walls need to be repainted. In the side room a boy who is usually always sitting next to the entrance door was busy sleeping, I would like to know why this character is always there at all hours, let's say that I don't think it's normal and it leads to bad thoughts . The girl at the counter was busy counting the cash and was in a hurry to clear the shift, but she was still professional and courteous and the boy who handed me the piadina was also kind, so I'd say the staff are promoted. The wraps are generally good on the chain's standard. As already mentioned, the room, cleanliness and general management need to be reviewed.
