A gem in Tortona...not cheap, but the food is super refined. My pigeon was fabulous.

Excellent restaurant in the city center, with an open kitchen in the dining room. A varied and carefully curated menu with perfect pairings. A well-known and highly regarded chef raises the bar for Piedmontese cuisine.

Wonderful, it was an impromptu dinner among colleagues, so I was quite surprised. The ambiance, created in a renovated church, is meticulously crafted, adding charm and airiness to the place. Seats are limited, tables are spaced far apart, and there's room for both conviviality and privacy. The wait staff is friendly and warm, with a non-invasive presence that makes you feel pampered. Even the chef came to inquire at the end of the dinner, a very nice gesture. The dishes showcase the chef's creativity: imaginative, delicious, and very varied. The approach is innovative but with a clear connection to traditional dishes. There are six dishes on offer, in addition to the appetizers, because they are already conceived as a journey of flavors; there are also some off-menu items of the day. The portions are just right, and sampling many different dishes right from the start makes for a very pleasant dinner. The wine, including the house wine, is excellent; I recommend a visit to the cellar if it pleases the senses and the sense of humor. For an appetizer, a main course, wine, and cover charge, we paid €56 each, absolutely appropriate for the location and the attention to detail. The overall impression was enthusiastic; I'll definitely be back.

A charming setting in a deconsecrated church with an open kitchen. Excellent cuisine, refined and delicious, and amazing wine. Very friendly staff. A 10, I'll definitely be back!
