There's not much to say about it; the food is simply magnificent. The greetings from the kitchen alone are worth a visit. If you don't visit this restaurant when it's off to a great start, you're missing out. It can easily compete with Grandis and Caminada.                 A delicious meal in a former church. The various dishes were fantastic, and the wine was delightful. The discreet wall coverings kept the noise level down.                 The central round table was perfect for all the small appetizer courses for each guest. Even one of the square or rectangular tables would have been fine, as the service was equally impeccable and discreet, yet not stuffy. The wines were excellent, chosen following the advice of those who clearly knew them very well. After the appetizers, we enjoyed tagliolini, agnolotti, and pasta with potatoes and mussels—it's hard to say which was the best. Then, those with a sweet tooth couldn't resist the pigeon, and finally, dessert, again filled with small, surprising delights. Very refined with a particular environment as it is a deconsecrated church and where there is an open kitchen without protective glass.
The staff is really kind and efficient.
Careful food and careful research of flavors and colors.
Excellent experience, but not abundant dishes.

                Great modern restaurant in an abandoned church. Interesting menu, everything very tasty and beautifully presented. Even better wine list, the boss of the house is a wine connoisseur and you can also try great wines by the glass.                 Das Lokal befindet sich in einer aufgelassenen Kirche, was optisch eine attraktive Kombination aus Modernität und Tradition bewirkt. Das Konzept bietet zwei Antipasti-Variationen mit jeweils 6 verschiedenen kleinen Vorspeisen an. Wir hatten die Version "tradizione" mit u.a. zwei hervorragenden butterzarten Spanferkel-Tonnato-Röllchen und ein Eis aus Monteboro-Käse, war alles sehr lecker und schön präsentiert. Dann gibt es 4 verschiedene Primi für jeweils EUR 20, dabei toll das Spargel-Risotto, gut die Tagliolini mit Artischocken, Tee, Sardellen, Zitronen und Minze. Dann gibt es 4 Secondi für je EUR 30, hier toll die pikanten Stückchen von der Taube mit Orangen und roten Rüben, gut der Seehecht mit Zwiebeln. Von den 4 Nachtischen für je EUR 20 haben wir dann nichts mehr geschafft. Toll die Weinauswahl (Weinkarte mit 17 Seiten), bei der uns der Chef eine glasweise Verkostung von hervorragenden lokalen Timorasso-Weinen zu einem fairen Preis ermöglichte und nett und kompetent erklörte.
