Anna is the one who is responsible for the transformation of products like Italy to the rest of the world! Just as in every part of the world there are dishes that can be pleasant, in Italy it is difficult to find some that are not, at Anna Ghisolfi it is difficult to find a proposal that is not pleasant to the eye and to the taste. If we add the friendly helpfulness of all the staff and his impeccable life partner, Enrico, who offers the best matching choices, you're done! An experience that I am happy to repeat every now and then! Thank you!

Refined cuisine, many different combinations in the starters and welcome dishes, all really good. The place is very nice, with an open kitchen, soundproofing panels to avoid echoes etc… Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy dinner because we had a constant jet of cold air in our faces, which clearly came from the heating vents. The thing that also disappointed us a little was the reaction of the room manager, who, despite having reported the problem twice, was unable to do anything (not even simply raise the temperature on the thermostat). It's a shame because if it hadn't been for that it would have been an experience almost like a starred restaurant.

It is one of the best restaurants in the area, you don't go there for dinner but to have a real experience. Beautiful place (an ancient deconsecrated church) with a huge open kitchen in the dining room where Anna and her all-female team move in harmony and almost absolute silence showing a unique harmony. First time in Tortona but only to try the delicacies of this restaurant. Meanwhile, the room in this deconsecrated church is beautiful, the kitchen (to say kitchen is an understatement) captivates you while you wait for the dishes: the cooks work in silence, already knowing what to do. Ottima location, adattata in una vecchia chiesa sconsacrata, quindi un locale molto ampio con cucina a vista. Accoglienza cordiale, numero di tavoli tale da permettere la giusta privacy. Menù incentrato sulle specialità locali, con ampia rivisitazione gradevole da parte dello chef. Carta dei vini ben fornita. Servizio empatico con descrizione dei piatti prima della loro consumazione. Eccellenti gli accostamenti e bello l'impiattamento. Tempi d'attesa giusti, rapporto qualità/prezzo sicuramente adeguato alla location e a ciò che offre alla clientela. Consigliatissimo.

Non conoscevo questa eccellenza del nostro territorio, ed è stata una grande scoperta. La location in una chiesa sconsacrata di cui hanno mantenuto gli spazzi è molto affascinante grazie anche al bianco ed agli arredi minimal il tutto dominato dalla splendida cucina a vista dove la Chef e la super brigata rosa danzano .... bellissimo. I piatti sono delle opere d'arte due percori di antipasti ottimi . Abbiamo provato i tagliolini ottimi e glii agnolotti veramemte ottimi. Il Piccione Piccante tutto da scoprire così come l'importante carta dei vini dove la fa da padrone il Timorasso, scoprotela con Enrico. Il servizio è perfetto presente ma non invadente molto bravi.
