Eating here is certainly not cheap, but it is definitely worth the price. From the service to the wine advice to the food served, everything was exceptionally good 👍🏼
Since I like to cook myself, I would like to try to prepare some of the dishes myself.

The thing I appreciate most about this excellent restaurant is tasting many different dishes created with combinations of unusual flavours, a continuous surprise tasting after tasting. The raw materials are so good that even raw cauliflower is more appreciated than usual, the welcome chips make even those who hate them love vegetables. As already mentioned, the location is a deconsecrated church, so the space is large with high ceilings and good lighting. The kitchen is open to view so you can peek at the precise and confident movements of chef Anna who seems to dance in the kitchen. The service is attentive and supervised by Enrico the sommelier, who knows how to recommend the perfect wine. It's one of my favorite places, I go back whenever I can. Compliments!

I went for the first time today for lunch and my experience was positive so I give it maximum stars. Finally a woman in the kitchen (in sight...wonder...), a particular location inside a church. Very kind waiters. Very particular menu, I love the fact of finding so many vegetables! You can tell that Anna is a green lover like me
A slightly unusual restaurant if you are traditionalists who then grumble if they don't find tradition without any reinterpretation stay away... I love finding pumpkin which is my passion even in the hot months and so even in the heat a dish of rice with pumpkin and courgettes is not I can refuse it
Well done, keep going... long live your passion for cooking.

We discovered this restaurant by looking for the best ratings of the place and
it was an exciting discovery. Location in a very particular and nothing short of impeccable deconsecrated church. Everything is perfect, excellent dishes with real flavours. Thanks to all the staff for their professionalism and competence. Goodbye Anna Ghisolfi.

It is difficult to explain what makes this restaurant tucked away in a corner of Tortona, so special. It is an interesting building which looks great and the service is perfect but the exceptional cooking is really the thing that takes Anna Ghisolfi’s restaurant to a level where it can compete with much better known and more obviously located establishments. Everything we tasted was simply delicious! Fresh, simple and seasonal, beautifully presented and inventive. Anna and her team have an extraordinary talent for taking everyday ingredients and elevating them to the miraculous. Finding such a gem in this unlikely spot was an absolute delight. The generosity and charm of the whole team was touching and this was by far the best of a number of fine dining meals we had on our recent trip to Italy/Monaco/France. It was also exceptional value for money. We had an absolutely perfect evening and will remember our meal here (and probably compare everything else unfavourably with it!!) for some time to come. If you are anywhere nearby Tortona and have any opportunity to come here then I highly recommend it!

Cucina davvero interessante fatta di piatti ed accostamenti speciali , tutto buonissimo e quindi consigli non ne saprei dare ma imperdibili sono il risotto fragole rose e pomodori e per dolce la scorpacciata. Cuoca davvero eccezionale . Bravo anche il marito che consiglia i vini . Davvero complimenti ad entrambi .
