Lunch with asparagus. Nothing to say about the quality, always excellent. However, I remain perplexed about the service. Ordered a bottle of wine, which arrived already uncorked (recurrence). The waiter should be told that at a table where there are men and women, the latter should be served first.

Se ci fosse un’Università dell’asparago, sarebbe Andrea a Poirino: l’asparagiata comprende solo piatti col salubre ortaggio, in tutte le sue magnifiche declinazioni. Leggete il menù per credere. Carta dei vini varia, nella quale scegliere un bianco adatto all’occasione: per noi un ottimo Erbaluce. Servizio molto cortese e buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Che aspettate?

If there was an asparagus University, it would be Andrea in Poirino: asparagus includes only dishes with the healthy vegetable, in all its magnificent variations. Read the menu to believe it. Varied wine list, in which to choose a white suitable for the occasion: for us an excellent Erbaluce. Very friendly service and good value for money. What are you waiting for?

Asparagus not to be missed!! Dishes based on classic and less classic asparagus, cooked well, more than decent portions. Excellent table service, good choice of wines. Location in a slightly too classic style and the lounge unfortunately makes the environment a cacophony of voices that are a little too loud. Correct account

It's been many years since I ate Andrea's asparagiata... A timeless classic. Excellent food without many frills, but of quality and skill in cooking. Clean and tidy environment. The girl in the dining room is good and the owner Paolo is always a legend
