Very friendly service, who also speaks several languages. The food was delicious, as you can see from the pictures. We had three pizzas (thin crust but filling), pasta (delicious carbonara, but a bit small), and schnitzel with fries (the schnitzel was crispy and delicious, and the fries weren't overseasoned, fluffy and crispy, with a good texture). In summary, delicious food and good service.

Centrally located hotel with its own restaurant. Modern rooms. Elevator available. Unfortunately, there are no parking spaces. I would at least like to have a recommendation for parking. Some rooms have windows overlooking a dark courtyard. With the exception of the courtyard location, everything is perfect and highly recommended. We would be happy to come back.

We were here for dinner. The service was friendly. The food was good. We had spaghetti promodoro and spaghetti vongole. It included plenty of mussels and the price was fair.

I recommend the accommodation and restaurant. The property has been recently renovated, and the bathroom is spacious with a large shower and window. Daily cleaning, and breakfast includes local meats and cheeses (which is rare in Italy) and coffee. The service is very friendly and welcoming. There's a restaurant downstairs serving delicious Italian and Alpine cuisine. The only downside to the property might be the lack of parking, but it's located practically in the Old Town, which is a huge plus in itself. Some might find the lack of a refrigerator in the room inconvenient, but it didn't bother us. The town itself is very quiet and safe, but also well-connected, with buses and ferries available.

We stayed last weekend and had a great time. The rooms were clean and very pleasant, the bathroom perfect, and the beds comfortable. We also had dinner two nights at the hotel restaurant, which was excellent and reasonably priced. Renato, the reception manager, was very friendly and attentive, as were all the hotel staff, always attentive to the guests' every need and always very kind. Thank you so much for everything.
