A little slow but excellent service

Private restaurant; you have to ring to be let in. Be careful not to trip over the carpets that fill the room to make it somewhat soundproof.

...you ring and... it's the best anticipation you can have, because you know what awaits you, or rather, you think so!! You're immediately greeted with courtesy and elegance, right up to the restaurant entrance where I'll wait for you to put away your jacket or coat. Then you're escorted to your table, and from there the lust begins. Knowing what's cooking is fantastic, with fantastic pairings and exquisite ingredients. I assure you that with just two simple things to start the aperitif (mortadella and schiacciata), you'll already be in raptures. Back to its former glory…everything perfect!

An enchanting experience, especially during the Christmas season. We were welcomed by Chef Matteo and his staff as if we were guests in their own home. From the crispy focaccia on the outside and soft on the inside, we moved on to panettone with zabaglione, passing through excellent dishes served like kings (bean and lobster soup, pumpkin tortelli, truffle and duck risotto). We received a small gift from the chef at the end of the evening. Congratulations, we'll be back!!!

Our evening at the Embassy was a journey through flavors that tell a story. Six of us shared the Renaissance Menu, a succession of dishes evoking tradition, elegance, and memory. Chef Matteo, with his kind and sincere presence, added a human touch that made each course even more meaningful. The impeccable and attentive service guided us discreetly.
