It doesn't have a star yet but it's almost there. Magnificent.

Amazing food accordingly to a Michelin Star restaurant. The flavors and textures of each plate are chosen to involve all of the senses. The tasting menu is an exceptional option. Magnificent wine list. Servers are unpleasantly stuffy. Chef is very friendly and accessible to clients. Two things caught my attention: the base plate set in front of me had a black stain and the table linen of the table next to ours, was ripped which is unacceptable at the level of this restaurant. Will definitely visit again on my next trip to Italy.

We had the pleasure of reserving the restaurant to wish us Christmas with our dearest friends, Matteo and all the staff were exceptional in everything. Superlative cuisine and magical place. Thank you.

An experience that must be lived and is difficult to describe.

Ho atteso per anni questo momento, tanti anni, forse troppi, ma ricordo tutte le volte che passavo davanti a quella Porta Rossa e mi dicevo: " chissà se riuscirò un giorno ad entrarci.....". Ci sono voluti anni ma finalmente ce l'ho fatta a portare mia moglie a cena all'Ambasciata di Quistello, a casa mia. Un locale di straordinaria bellezza, quando si entra si rimane a bocca aperta per come è allestito, un locale che sa di storia da tutti i pori, che parla da sé e racconta bene racconta i fasti del suo passato da solo, a lume di candela (vera, non quelle elettriche che si trovano in tanti locali). Quando si varca quella porta, inizia un viaggio temporale che ti porta in un altro mondo, in un concetto di Ristorazione mai provato prima. Una volta accomodati e passata la soggezione del momento grazie ad uno staff di sala impeccabile che subito ti mette a tuo agio non perdendo la propria professionalità, abbiamo scelto un menù degustazione con percorso vini che ci ha riportato ai sapori di una volta, ogni piatto ci ha portato a ricordare vari momenti della nostra vita. Ogni boccone era un "sai cosa mi ricorda?...." L'entré, focaccia e mortadella. Antipasto, zuppetta di fagioli con pesto, astice e olio al basilico. Cappelletti in brodo in brodo di cappone, Tortelli di zucca al burro di malga e Parmigiano Reggiano, Guancialino con purè, Babà in doppia vasocottura con zabaione fatto al momento. Ogni vino abbinato accompagnava il piatto in modo ineccepibile. Avevo delle aspettative altissime, ma sono state sormontate e superate. Complimenti a tutto lo staff di cucina e sala. Torneremo sicuramente.

The Ambasciata restaurant is a historic restaurant with a romantic and refined flavour. When you cross the threshold you enter a magical world that enchants. The staff is attentive, precise, competent and helpful. The chef makes you feel at home straight away the cuisine is something indescribable. It was a journey in a crescendo of historical proposals of excellent quality. From the welcome to the coffee. Excellent raw materials, lustful flavours, Pumpkin tortelli were indescribable, they were so good. Spectacular first courses and every component of all the dishes is handled and worked with attention, care and respect. All the passion arrives on the plate, tradition, care and the desire to give those who enter this business a unique experience magical place that enchants in every corner. Matteo Ugolotti and all his collaborators welcome and "pamper" every customer with love and meticulous attention. The Ambasciata restaurant is pure magic between a unique and romantic location, perfect and welcoming service and cuisine that leaves you speechless.☺️

Atmosfera super in questo locale storico grazie all'arredamento e all'accoglienza da parte del personale al Top per tutto il tempo del servizio . Menu ricercato e curato da parte dello chef ,ottima la lista vini molto completa ed esauriente . I piatti buonissimi grazie alla cura e alla scelta curata delle materie prime e degli abbinamenti. Per concludere abbiamo passato una bellissima serata dove oltre a mangiare e bere di qualità ci siamo sentiti coccolati. Grazie ci ritorneremo presto
