All authentic food, just like grandma used to make. I'd like to give more than 5 stars, but I can't. The owner is quirky but very, very friendly, and he also serves at tables and invites you to try everything. You think he'll make you pay dearly for all those samples, but instead you end up paying a very modest price. Finocchione (salami), speck, homemade giardiniera, tagliatelle with venison ragù, tagliatelle with white venison ragù, Florentine-style tripe, pork rind and beans, liver, and side dishes of potatoes and onions—that's what we ordered.

From the outside you wouldn't give it a cent, then you go in and the feeling remains the same, but when the food arrives you understand that you made the right choice, excellent appetizers, superlative first courses, and even the second courses, even if we didn't order them, looked very inviting, the owner knows what he's doing, and knows what he offers, well done, and well done in the kitchen, we will definitely be back!!

Romagna-style trattoria. Best to book. It's great because you can customize the main dish, choose which crostini, etc. Panzanella, pasta and beans, which aren't easy to find.
