⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Alto Savio Restaurant
Today, after a relaxing day at the Terme Ròseo Euroterme, we stopped for lunch at this little restaurant.
To be honest, I would never have stopped from the outside—no offense, just an external perception—but luckily today we have Google and photos of guests, which help us understand where the food is truly good.
And so we chose this place among the few open, attracted by the images of the dishes, which looked inviting and the fair prices.
Inside, the place is clean, simple, cute, and welcoming, with kind and friendly staff—which, unfortunately, is not at all a given.
The food is good, nothing too elaborate, but finding a place where you eat well is already something of a rarity these days.
I'd like to leave this review to say that it's absolutely worth stopping here: you eat well, you pay a fair price, and you're in a relaxed atmosphere.
The pasta was excellent, the main courses were well-prepared, and—a detail that speaks volumes—as soon as you sit down, they offer you three different types of excellent olive oil, a sign that the chef knows what they're doing.
To conclude, a delicious semifreddo, homemade, I believe.
In short, thank you so much: it's nice to know there are still places that strive to maintain quality at a fair price. 👏

I'll tell you just one thing: divine food, you just have to try it. I've tasted all the first courses, all the second courses are amazing, the second courses are delicious, trying them is believing.

As many others have already written, the soul of this place is its owner, Alessandro, a friendly joker, a symbol of authentic Romagna.
The first courses are delicious (we tried the porcini mushroom ravioli and the tagliatelle with wild boar ragù), and the meat dishes are EXCEPTIONAL. Honorable mention goes to the stewed venison, veal cheek, and lamb. The side dishes and vegetables are nothing special.

Saved to my favorite places. Porcini mushrooms with tagliatelle were fantastic, to say the least. For my main course, I had the roast lamb, which was truly delicious. It's a shame the mixed side dishes they brought me weren't up to par with the dishes. I also saw some appetizers that made me regret not ordering them... But thank goodness, since the portions are truly delicious. The prices are perhaps a little high, but I have to say that the quality of the ingredients is superb, and for food like this, I'm willing to spend a little more.
I have to say, it's a place I'll return to, despite the state road being so pitifully destroyed for far too long... But that's certainly not the manager's fault.

Everything was truly delicious!! From the appetizers to the cured meats, the delicious lard and shoulder, the top-notch first courses, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms or ravioli, and the meats, the cheeks were spectacular, the wild boar and rabbit were all delicious.
Connoisseur wines, excellent labels.
Attentive and young service, the owner is a great host and a true connoisseur of food and drink.
Reservations recommended.
