If you want to eat fresh fish, I recommend it to make it clear that you don't need lemon on your dishes, a few words to the good connoisseur

Best seafood ever! Inconspicuous restaurant with top seafood, very friendly service and the best thing to do is order omakase: you eat what the boss cooks.

Small osteria with great food. Above all, the starters and especially the raw daily specials (e.g. the world's best tuna tartare!!) are excellent! The (few) primi are also very good, but the main courses are noticeably inferior. So 2 - 3 antipasti, 1 primo, plus a good bottle of wine = great evening! Reservation is mandatory. Not really cheap, but worth every penny. We were there in 2018 and again in 2024, it is still high class.

Quality raw materials but little choice on the menu and very high prices. The impression you get is that if they know the customers they abound in portions, in fact the same courses but different quantities. 4 euro cover charge and 4 euro water seems a little exaggerated to me. However, it is not recommended if you have children because there is no choice on the menu for them. I have been coming to Sottomarina for years but I don't think I will return to dine there.

Good food, very local feeling but on the pricier side. Unfortunately the timing of the kitchen was not good we received secondi before the primi and than they both came at the same time so we had both plates infront of us.

20/08/2024: Good food, fast and very friendly and attentive service. Average prices. Absolutely recommended, after trying it we returned 3 times. Both the pizza and other dishes are good.
