Esercizio rinomato in zona e così lo abbiamo provato, uno dei 4 ristoranti di Borghese, non essendo riusciti ad accomodarci l'anno scorso senza capire il perché...... Cmq l'attesa è stata ripagata da piatti gustosi e ben preparati, un menù contenuto ma ben abbinato, location confortevole e funzionale, personale gentile e disponibile, il titolare simpatico e verace! La carta dei vini a voce con vista frigo! Una bella realtà in quel di Sottomarina.

Location semplice, dall’esterno difficile essere invogliati ad entrare ma una volta seduti al tavolo si capisce che la qualità delle materie prime è ottima. Un antipasto di pesce al vapore, due spaghetti a vongole, una grigliata mista di pesce. Una bottiglia di un ottimo prosecco (peccato per la la ricarica tripla rispetto al prezzo da cantina), due bottiglie di acqua, caffè. Totale 140€, manca la quinta “pallina” per la questione della ricarica sul vino. Personale giovane, attento, cortese. Bravi

1st MICHELIN STAR We arrive from the beach after word of mouth "try it, then you'll tell me". From the outside the place is penalized by the most historic district of Sottomarina. Once inside, the environment is elegant and very clean. We order crudités, boiled meats and fried dishes. I have a passion for places and I like to cook: my rating on the three dishes is 8/9, in the kitchen there is definitely someone who has golden hands. I look into the kitchen to say hello and find a wonderful work team and a clean kitchen. For me this place has 1 Michelin star and certainly the first tip of the Sottomarina-Chioggia area, I expect a further leap towards the top. The dishes that arrived at the adjacent tables were special and difficult to cook (2 kg grilled turbot). Price €50 each, very honest (the frying alone was filling). The homemade melon sorbet is excellent. Well done and excellent family management. Thanks Franco, Francesca, Federico.

Best seafood ever! Inconspicuous restaurant with top seafood, very friendly service and the best thing to do is order omakase: you eat what the boss cooks.

Small osteria with great food. Above all, the starters and especially the raw daily specials (e.g. the world's best tuna tartare!!) are excellent! The (few) primi are also very good, but the main courses are noticeably inferior. So 2 - 3 antipasti, 1 primo, plus a good bottle of wine = great evening! Reservation is mandatory. Not really cheap, but worth every penny. We were there in 2018 and again in 2024, it is still high class.
