It's easily accessible from Calalzo di Cadore and is located in a charming spot, ideal for hikes of varying difficulty, where the rocky landscape dominates. We enjoyed a lovely lunch in the warmth when the winter chill is felt outside.

A refuge where you feel right at home in the mountains... a pleasant atmosphere, and the food is truly top-quality, even the wine selection is appropriate. The service is excellent. Furthermore, this refuge is located at the end of the road leading to Calalzo di Cadore, where several trails depart: the Cascata delle Pile waterfall, the Antelao glacier, the Chiggiatto refuge, and more.

We had lunch here after hiking to the Alpine hut. Great welcome, excellent service, extraordinary food quality, and fair prices. We'll definitely be back!

A charming place away from light pollution. The staff was friendly and helpful. My food was a bit dry by my standards, but it was good. Given the location and the 3°C temperature outside, I would have appreciated a fire pit.

06/09/2025: Original Wine Bar Small wine bar with good products. The owner's Spritz is original, prepared with Barbaresco and Prosecco, ice, an orange slice, and a splash of sparkling water. Served with a snack of Stracchino cheese and sardines (very original). Limited space inside (outdoor terrace overlooking a pedestrian street), but pleasant surroundings. Friendly and professional welcome.
