We had a truly wonderful meal at Alfredo alla Scaletta!
We ordered two cacio e pepe dishes, an amatriciana, a pasta with ragù, and a mixed grill. The first courses were delicious, and the meat was truly excellent.
The staff was friendly, attentive, and professionally handled even small unexpected events.
Highly recommended!

We were looking for a place to have lunch before visiting Villa Gregoriana. This place is located opposite the entrance and has a few outdoor tables, but we decided to go in. The atmosphere is simple, and the food is truly excellent! The staff is friendly and fast; you can even see the chef in the kitchen preparing the dishes. Excellent value! Over the years, we've eaten elsewhere during our visits to Tivoli, but we'll definitely be back here next time.

We stumbled upon it by chance between trains on a Sunday in August, and it was a wonderful discovery! A restaurant that's not at all touristy, with an authentic trattoria atmosphere and truly excellent Lazio cuisine. Tagliolini cacio e pepe and tagliatelle paglia e fieno, all homemade pasta. Mixed berry cheesecake, also made by the chef. Fast service, friendly waiters, and professional with their suggestions. A place where you go to eat well, not to "taste" or have a "sensory experience."
Even if we're away, we want to return for the grilled meat; we've promised ourselves we would.

Locale informale con qualche tavolo anche all’aperto ma su strada, con piante che separano. L’interno è accogliente, un po’ rumoroso ma piacevole. Buon menù di piatti tradizionali, ottime carni alla brace (buonissimo l’abbacchio), qualche primo anche vegetariano, affettati e formaggi. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Caro, carissimo, menu banale, fermo agli anni 80. 40€ per un primo, un secondo e un contorno salato è pura follia e una bottiglia di vino in 4 . A Tivoli ci sono infiniti posti migliori e più economici. Mai più.
