Alfiero is a place with a classic mountain setting, very refined, all the original, genuine dishes are made with very fresh local products and you can feel the quality, a strong point of this place. All the staff is very prepared and kind. Highly recommended for an après-ski dinner.

Came here twice on my visit to MDC as it was recommended by a friend that lives in town. Both experiences were very good, but was some inconsistency. On the first visit the Alfiero pasta was an 11 out of 10, and second visit it was lacking a little, maybe 8 out of 10. The salumi with gnocco fritto was great. The tagliatelle with cervo ragu was good but I preferred the Alfiero pasta. Had a very good steak on the second visit. Potate al forno were incredible. Absolutely worth a visit.

It's been a long time since we've been back to Alfiero in Madonna di Campiglio... and we've never reviewed it!
The dishes on the menu, all with local ingredients, are well executed and wink at slightly more refined combinations than classic mountain cuisine.
The service was a little more inattentive than previous times, perhaps due to inexperience. Pay more attention to customer requests, especially regarding the timing of the meat.
Final price with an appetizer, a first course and two second courses: €130, a little high considering that we only took one glass of wine.
