Ristorante Alfiero In Ragoli

Came here twice on my visit to MDC as it was recommended by a friend that lives in town. Both experiences were very good, but was some inconsistency. On the first visit the Alfiero pasta was an 11 out of 10, and second visit it was lacking a little, maybe 8 out of 10. The salumi with gnocco fritto was great. The tagliatelle with cervo ragu was good but I preferred the Alfiero pasta. Had a very good steak on the second visit. Potate al forno were incredible. Absolutely worth a visit.

It's been a long time since we've been back to Alfiero in Madonna di Campiglio... and we've never reviewed it! The dishes on the menu, all with local ingredients, are well executed and wink at slightly more refined combinations than classic mountain cuisine. The service was a little more inattentive than previous times, perhaps due to inexperience. Pay more attention to customer requests, especially regarding the timing of the meat. Final price with an appetizer, a first course and two second courses: €130, a little high considering that we only took one glass of wine.

The welcome starter was like in a street bar, greasy and tasteless. As a main course, the paste wasn't bad, but it seemed to lack something in its taste. Good tartare. Overall, the restaurant wants to look better than it is. The cost of dinner reaches 50-100 euros per person (and higher depending on the alcohol chosen). Goodbye cookies from the supermarket. I will also add that the waitress allowed me to move my glass with her own hand over the top rim. Disgusting and unacceptable. To sum up, the food is okay, but the quality and general idea of ​​the restaurant differs significantly from the price.

The service was fast, but unhurried, allowing us to enjoy the evening calmly. The staff's knowledge of the menu was excellent, with perfect suggestions for both dishes and wine pairings. Atmosphere: elegant and welcoming The atmosphere of the restaurant is warm and refined, with perfect lighting to create an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. The furnishings with attention to the smallest details and the background music made the dinner even more pleasant. Ideal both for a romantic evening and for a dinner with friends or for work. Concluding: A restaurant that I recommend without hesitation! Excellent food quality, impeccable service and an environment that invites you to relax and enjoy every moment. I can't wait to go back!

Mai più! Se avete tempo per aspettare 40 minuti tra antipasto e il primo va bene, aggiungo che dovete aspettare anche molto tempo per ordinare i piatti di bassissima qualità e senza gusti, se il figlio non era con noi c’è ne saremmo andati via…….. non consiglio per niente.
