Everything was good, with a choice between a pizzeria and a trattoria, the latter a bit pricey. It doesn't have a fixed-price menu.

I'm from Puglia, and I attended a three-day course in Sorbara. Everything was delicious: pizza, first courses, second courses, and desserts. Speaking to the waitress, I learned the chef is from Puglia, and I had some truly excellent spaghetti with clams. Compliments for everything.

The food at Dante is excellent. The rolled pizza (called lungo) is excellent and original. You can choose regular, whole wheat, or Napoli dough. The pizzas are generous and well-topped. The service is quick and friendly. The only thing I'd say/advise is to improve the acoustics (at least in the smaller room as you enter on the left). It's terrible. With multiple tables, the conversations drown out everyone else's voices to the point that even the waiters have a hard time understanding what you're ordering.

Purtroppo, a causa di un infortunio improvviso, non ho potuto soggiornare presso questa struttura. Nonostante ciò, lo staff si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile, umano e professionale. Mi hanno aiutata con il rimborso e hanno gestito la situazione con grande attenzione e gentilezza. È raro incontrare persone così attente e comprensive. Anche se non ho potuto vivere l’esperienza del soggiorno, questa accoglienza “a distanza” mi ha lasciato un’impressione molto positiva. Spero davvero di poterli incontrare di persona in futuro. Grazie di cuore!

Location da tipica trattoria molto suggestiva. Abbiamo mangiato bene consiglio i cannelloni al formaggio e i carciofi impanati e fritti. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo…staff super gentile.

07/09/2025: What a surprise to find this little place in the middle of the Viterbo countryside! On Via Tiberina, a simple sign reads "Bar Pizzeria Ristorante." The atmosphere is simple and tidy, suggesting cleanliness, as is the bathroom (there's even a baby changing table). It fully confirms this 🌟⭐🌟 The staff is discreet, fast, and professional; they even made a change to the menu to suit my tastes (I don't like shellfish). We had three fish main courses, salad, fries, coffee, and dessert— everything was excellent and truly filling! Thank you so much, we'll be back soon to try your pizzas!
31/08/2025: Amazing food, family run, great service, absolutely packed at the weekends so come early. Specialises in seafood.
