I'm from Puglia, and I attended a three-day course in Sorbara. Everything was delicious: pizza, first courses, second courses, and desserts. Speaking to the waitress, I learned the chef is from Puglia, and I had some truly excellent spaghetti with clams. Compliments for everything.
