Excellent raw materials, good wine combinations, the chef courageous in using different techniques for traditional dishes in a modern key, spot-on execution. Good service and nice place in the heart of the Asti hills. Lots of territory in the dishes and wines, and this is really important.

It's not the first time I've experienced Ca' Vittoria, but it was my first in the "cold" season. What can I say, I love the place in every way and the dishes are simply fantastic. It is a starred wine which, personally, presents a wonderful combination of tastes creating a notable gap in comparison to "equal level". I highly recommend

No overnight stay, only restaurant, two truffle dishes chosen given the season. Disorganized welcome, a girl who needs to learn better education. Presentation of the menus by the maitre (?) unfriendly, very unfriendly. Bottle of wine, Barbaresco Ovello 2020, brought to the table already open (correctly, for heaven's sake, well cut under the rim but opening on a guéridon or at least on the table, who knows where). Modest tagliolini, delicious poached egg. The grated truffles are painful. In a season like this year's where truffles really abound so much so that overall costs are low (relative to the product) having "tiny pebbles" available, not priced at the table (normally you choose and weigh) but only at scratching is really petty, especially if the restaurant is starred.

An experience absolutely worth trying! Fantastic food, with excellent raw materials and careful and colorful aesthetics of the dishes.
The waitresses are super competent and kind, ready to respond to customers' needs and explain the dishes and wines.
An absolutely helpful and friendly chef, he told us about his experience and stopped by to greet the diners at the tables.
Truly top experience! The Michelin star is well deserved. Compliments!

Splendido ristorante con ampia terrazza. Abbiamo assaggiato piatti creativi e succulenti realizzati con mano impeccabile. A sorpresa, il piatto memorabile (che vale il viaggio) è stato un "semplice" Essenza di pomodoro. Superlativo. Pane, grissini, cracker e focaccia da primato. Servizio preciso e curato con Carta dei Vini pregevole e, soprattutto, con ricarichi microscopici. In uno stellato questo è un Bonus immenso. Ci torneremo a breve.

Il Ca Vittoria è stata una piacevole scoperta. Con amici, scegliamo a random un ristorante della guida Michelin da provare. Non sempre la scelta risponde alle aspettative, questa volta invece abbiamo fatto centro. Non mi dilungo nella descrizione del cibo, della location o del servizio, piuttosto sintetizzo con un dieci e lode. Una serata perfetta. Grazie allo chef Massimiliano Musso e al suo preparatissimo team.
