Eating in Albergo is really FANTASTIC!!!

The place is exceptional and run by a kind and charming lady. Our beautiful room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was generous and delicious, perfect for cyclists. We enjoyed the pool while sipping a glass of wine from the varied and quality wine list. The bike ride up was worth it to recharge our batteries in this peaceful spot perched on the mountainside. A must-see, just like the pretty hamlet of Tigliole.

We live in a metropolis known for food and Michelin-star dining and this was easily the best meal we have had in the past year. We came on short notice for lunch as a finale to our holiday. We sat indoors with a view through the glass window where you can see the kitchen and it was charming to see the warmth amongst the team. The dishes were inventive and incredibly flavorful. The 4 course tasting was more like 7-8 courses with amuse bouche, a bread and olive oil course, the cookies they brought with the espresso and more bites they brought as a digestif at the very end. The pacing was perfect, completely un-rushed, we sat 3.5 hours and never felt impatient for the next dish and had plenty of time to enjoy a bottle of local white. The server recommended a lovely Arneis that went well with everything (the 4 courses were all vegetable and fish based) and didn’t try to upsell us on fancier stuff. It was chilled in a bucket off to the side out of reach yet we never had an empty glass yet never a completely full glass such that the wine was always at the right temperature. The sous chef came out personally to present 2 of the courses and again at the end to ensure we had a good experience. We paid about 230 euro for everything which we thought was extremely fair. Can’t recommend this place highly enough!

In almost all starred restaurants the dishes are beautiful and tasty and the service is efficient, but some lack character. Here I found innovation and tradition, and in some dishes even the aromas, the delicious aromas of the food. A wonderful experience.

We chose this location for a relaxing weekend in a period villa with a pool. We chose this hotel over many others because the description included a spa. But once we arrived, they told us we should have booked it in advance (when?). They only have a sauna, which was turned off, so they'd have to turn it on for us. In the end, no spa. Reading other older reviews, I realized they've had the spa broken for years. The location is beautiful, and the rooms are well-appointed. The staff is very friendly, but you can't write that there's a spa available when in reality it isn't, because if we'd spent less for just the pool, we'd have gone elsewhere. Positive notes: the location, the view of the pools and hills, the room decor, and the very friendly staff. Negative notes: no spa, the pool is only cleaned in the morning, so in the afternoon you're swimming with bugs. Breakfast is a bit poor, and once something runs out, it's not replaced (so those who get there first eat and drink). No complimentary water in the room. You could buy a 0.75-ounce bottle of water for the modest sum of €4, and in any case, the reception is closed at night. To use the pool without your own towels, you'll need to purchase separate ones for the modest sum of €5, as you can't use the ones in your room. The bathroom could use a bit of a makeover, especially the shower. It would be nice to provide shampoo and shower gel that aren't diluted with water.

As soon as possible, my wife and I go to eat at this quality restaurant of a certain depth. You eat well, you drink well and the service is impeccable. The view is also relaxing. It's a shame there is no dedicated parking.

I treated myself to a true culinary experience in this one-Michelin-star restaurant. It goes without saying that you have to approach this experience by disconnecting the idea of ​​food as a source of nourishment, this is truly an experience with professionals who explain and recommend dishes, pairings, wines, etc... In my opinion, you have to try it at least once.

We celebrated our wedding at Ca’ Vittoria and it was magnificent. The attention of Valentina and her staff was impeccable and we, the newlyweds, felt truly pampered! Chef Massimiliano delighted us and our guests with delicious dishes that tasted like summer! Ca’ Vittoria is truly a treasure surrounded by greenery!

We were for a wedding. Beautiful location, beautiful room where we had dinner and good dishes. Impeccable service with staff always available. Large rooms, I just, clean and comfortable. Decor a little retro but that goes well with the general style.
