It's an excellent Italian restaurant. I enjoyed an excellent dessert, the mascarpone ziati. These are small biscuits topped with mascarpone. The pasta is sublime, especially the bigoli alla Padovana. The service is impeccable and very friendly.

I've known this place since college and stopped here for a quick break in Padua. The pizza is always excellent, the staff is very friendly, and the prices are super fair. I was with my two children, and the waiters were super patient and played with both of us... truly a well-deserved 5 stars.

A very well renovated place, contemporary design for welcoming spaces and comfortable furnishings. The perfect service and the friendliness of the staff have completed our satisfaction for the excellent pizzas, perfect for our tastes. Those who appreciate thin and light dough cannot miss them, they will enjoy all the lightness that can make room for rich fillings of excellent quality. We will return to taste them!

En mis cinco días en Padova comí tres veces en Al Santo. Hubieran sido cuatro pero cierran los martes. Dos veces comí pasta y sopa de fagioli. Fue maravilloso. Yo también. tenía la casa - hecho macarrones con bacala y alcachofas. Muy bien... Postre cada vez, dos veces con el pastel del día. El restaurante tiene un ambiente limpio, moderno. El personal es muy amable. La comida es genial y parece que muchos lugareños comen. Al. Santo está a pocos pasos de la basílica.

05/06/2025: Perfect evening! Thanks to all the staff and the chef. We ate very well, it was a real experience. In my opinion, the great thing about the surprise menu is tasting dishes that you would never have ordered and discovering new flavors. I loved it. As already mentioned in other reviews, you can choose between 2 menus, one with 5 dishes including sorbet and dessert and another with 3 dishes only savory. I recommend the first, it was truly a journey of flavors! As for the price, we took 2 menus of 5 courses (plus an amuse bouche, sorbet and a dessert at the end of the dinner, in addition to the dessert) and 2 bottles of water and spent 104 euros, I would say in line with what we ate. We will definitely come back to try the new summer menu!
