We stumbled upon the "Al Santo" pizza restaurant in Padua by chance. The place is very welcoming and the staff, polite and helpful, made us feel immediately at ease with never inappropriate friendliness and a lot of discretion. The lady at the checkout put us in an even better mood with her irony about the intermittency of the data, which forced her to shake the POS, in an attempt to connect it to the network, as if it were a lantern with which to make light signals😃
Everything we ate was more than good and the quality/price ratio is average for the place.

Excellent restaurant serving local dishes and a stone's throw from the Basilica of Sant'Antonio. The bigoli with meat sauce are delicious homemade like the tiramisu. The only flaw in my opinion is the decor of the place, more similar to a self-service restaurant in the suburbs than to a nice restaurant in the center which it certainly is

Restaurant in the heart of Padua, a stone's throw from Piazza del Santo and the Basilica of Sant'Antonio. Bright location with a modern atmosphere. Friendly welcome and pleasant service. The food was quite good, but the portions were a little confusing: the ravioli, first of all, were very few, they also visually left the large plate on which they were placed empty, the dessert was too abundant, almost difficult to finish.
Competitive prices compared to other restaurants in the city.

We were at the restaurant. Magnificent. We ate well, and the staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. The atmosphere was cozy, pleasant, quiet, and not noisy. And the food was plentiful and delicious. Good prices. The bathrooms were very clean. I would definitely return here.

Typical dishes really very good.
Kind, thoughtful and attentive staff. Very welcoming and really nice place, absolutely accessible for people with disabilities, from the entrance to the services. An aspect not to be underestimated, the whole city is accessible, moreover, we hope that this attitude spreads more and more, also elsewhere. Thanks to all of you!

Ristorante nei pressi della basilica di Sant'Antonio, offre una cucina semplice e turistica, da grandi numeri, ma non priva di qualità. Propone classici della cucina veneta eseguiti correttamente e pizze, che non abbiamo assaggiato. Affabile ed efficace il servizio. Prezzi popolari.
