This plant-based restaurant successfully transforms seasonal ingredients into creative, carefully crafted, and flavorfully balanced dishes. The surprise menu concept is brilliant: you let the chef guide you through a menu that changes based on the freshest ingredients available, making the dinner dynamic and never predictable. Each course is a discovery, with original pairings that surprise without ever being forced.
