Such a wonderful dinner. Flavours, service, simplicity yet depth. The Sea Urchin was a highlight.
It's a bit odd as the environment does not strike you as fine dining (plastic spoons for the urchin if you don't want to eat them with bread) but the flavours are exquisite.
The wine was also out of this world.
Music choice could be worked on. They were playing Jessie J and Miley Cyrus. Seems to be a thing in South Italy to play mainstream radio hits rather than create an ambience with local or more seaside appropriate music. This is the only down side though.

Today I had the opportunity to have lunch at an amazing restaurant, which exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I entered, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with elegant but not excessive decor, which combined tradition and modernity.
The menu was a delight for the eyes and the palate, offering a variety of dishes ranging from local to international cuisine, with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients. I started with an appetizer of tuna carpaccio, delicately seasoned with citrus and fennel, which opened the meal with a note of freshness and lightness.
As a first course, I chose a risotto with porcini mushrooms. The creaminess of the risotto, combined with the intense flavor of the porcini mushrooms, created a balanced and tasty dish, perfectly cooked. The second course, a grilled beef fillet with red wine reduction, was simply perfect: tender, succulent and cooked just right.
Finally, dessert was the crowning glory of this wonderful lunch. I opted for a millefeuille with Chantilly cream and fresh strawberries, which closed the meal in a sublime way, with a perfect balance between crunchiness and creaminess.
The service was impeccable: the staff were attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about the dishes and wine pairings. Every detail has been taken care of with great professionalism, making the entire dining experience truly memorable.
In summary, this lunch was a true joy for all the senses, an experience I would recommend to anyone who loves good food and wants to spend time in a refined and welcoming environment. I can't wait to return to try more of their amazing menu.

The new location maintains the level of the previous one. We start with sea urchins, octopus, swordfish in roulade and fried swordfish, mussels and artichokes in oil. All very good and fresh. We continue with spaghettone sea urchins and salicornia, baked sea bass and grilled red mullet. Excellent conclusion with desserts. Yet another confirmation of quality and professionalism ‼️
