Warm and welcoming atmosphere, excellent food, and excellent service. We ordered a seafood panzanella and a fried calamari and vegetable tempura; two tagliolini with lemon, burrata, raw red shrimp, and samphire; and a delicious, fresh Ribolla Gialla; two coffees accompanied by desserts offered by the chef! ...I forgot about the entree, also offered by the chef...delicious! Plus, by booking with The Fork, we got a great discount. Thanks, we'll be back soon! ❤️

The food was delicious, living up to expectations. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the service. Unlike all the other customers seated near us, we never received our entrée or bread. We mentioned this to the waitress twice, but unfortunately, it wasn't served. Only the second time we pointed it out did she apologize, but she didn't offer to bring it back or anything else. I'm truly disappointed, because we honestly didn't expect this kind of behavior from a place like this. We expected at least a further apology at checkout, or perhaps a complimentary liqueur, but alas...

Per la seconda volta in questo ristorante, confermiamo nuovamente l'ottima esperienza della prima volta. Personale molto cordiale e piatti molto ben presentati e buonissimi. Molto elegante l'aperitivo di benvenuto, tagliolini percorsi 39 e ravioli di ricotta ed erbe al tartufo eccellenti . Frittura di pesce ottima e polpo alla mediterranea fresco ed estivo. Ottimo il vino bianco propostoci come abbinamento. Prezzi consoni alla qualità della cucina. Ritorneremo!

Piacevole scoperta, tutto molto positivo. Cominciando dal locale che dispone di posti sia all'interno che all'esterno. Molto curato anche l'apparecchiamento, corretto e non pomposo. Molto cortese ed efficiente il servizio. Cibo buono e non banale. Corretto il rapporto qualità prezzo

L'Acqua Salata Restaurant

07/09/2025: The family-run restaurant is set in a very pleasant (outdoor) setting. The waitress is equally pleasant and affable (except that she later brought us a different wine than the one we ordered). The menu is rather sparse (but if it were quality, it wouldn't be a problem). Analyzing the courses (in my opinion and that of my fellow diners), the appetizers were small, with appreciable flavors. The first course was scialatielli with clams and bottarga—unpresentable! The homemade pasta still had the flour clinging to it, creating a sort of tasteless mush that detracted from both the clams and the bottarga. The fried food was mediocre and low-quality (and arrived significantly late). Luckily, I ordered the oysters to satisfy my taste buds; they were delicious. I'm not even talking about the zuppa inglese, which was neither zuppa nor zuppa. I also found the price inadequate for the amount we consumed. Essentially, these notes are simply meant to encourage the family who runs the business to try to improve the quality of their work. P.S.: I went there because I found excellent reviews. Honestly, they're incomprehensible based on my experience.
02/09/2025: Delicious place, welcoming and super friendly staff. We ate very well, the fish was fresh and cooked to perfection. (The super soft octopus was top notch). The portions were generous to say the least, 🌟...we had a really good time, we will definitely be back.

14/09/2025: Exceptional restaurant. Extraordinary staff, polite, professional, present but not overbearing. The place is well-maintained, clean, and beautiful to look at! The only negative: the moss stuck to the ceiling. NO! The likelihood of falling into a plate: extremely high. The food: excellent, prepared with attention to detail, beautiful to look at, delicious to smell, and delicious to taste. A well-crafted culinary journey. Well done.
04/09/2025: What can I say... Everything was perfect. The place is intimate and well-maintained, and the staff is attentive and knowledgeable. Each dish is a journey and a unique experience. The nine-course tasting menu is truly complete.
