Very nice and relaxing environment, elegant but not excessive. Impeccable service, attentive and discreet, always smiling. Dishes that are very beautiful to look at and excellent to taste. Fair account for the quality. The only negative note: difficult accessibility for people with motor disabilities, especially due to the small size of the toilets.

Delightful location, sufficiently peculiar menu, really good raw materials, the only flaw is the use of salt too sparingly, in the pasta with lobster I had to add it "raw"! Added value above all: the Calabrian waiter who accompanied us along the way, assisting us in the best possible way, is evidently highly professional, specialized, skilled in the trade, with great courtesy, presence of mind and, in a word, skill.

I had the pleasure of having dinner with my wife in this new restaurant, recently opened in Bracciano. Elegant, welcoming and excellently structured venue located at the foot of the manor that dominates this splendid town in Lazio. We were welcomed with kindness, friendliness and professionalism, which made a favorable impression, but the big surprise was the very high level of the cuisine with preparations characterized by great culinary technique, attention to the raw materials and sensitivity in the plating. The cooking techniques, the combinations of flavors and the choice of ingredients represent a taste experience of absolute value, a true pleasure for the taste buds. The presence of a professional pastry chef who makes the end of the meal delicious with magically devised desserts is a distinguishing factor. High-quality wine list with a choice of labels in perfect harmony with the dishes offered. My impressions were also corroborated by the CV of Chef Luca Cecconi and the pastry chef and queen of the room Noemi Farullo. A very important experience that we will certainly repeat. A young restaurant with the stigmata of a large restaurant. Compliments!!!!!! Today we returned again to this splendid restaurant, and we were able to notice and appreciate that the best has been added to the best. Service and hospitality in line with the top of Italian catering and beyond, stratospheric menu, wine list developed in the choice of labels and in the goodness of the pairing with the dishes offered. The choice of raw materials is in the Olympus of excellence, the preparations of the dishes carefully and technically executed with extraordinary mastery by the extraordinary Chef Luca Cecconi. Skilful separation of flavours, unspeakable balance of components, exemplary cooking techniques, vertical acidity of dishes and harbinger of the recall to the next bite and vigorous structuring of the horizontality of sugars and fats. It is not easy to find epithets to describe the excellence of the preparations. Desserts masterfully executed and contaminated by research and experimentation, the rosemary-flavoured chocolate semifreddo is the manifesto. In short, a restaurant of superior caliber with a quality-price ratio strongly unbalanced in favor of the former. Returning, returning, returning is the cerebral tom tam that you will experience as soon as you leave. Well done Luca, well done Noemi. Excellence of the territory!!!

Lunch for 4 people, starter, first courses, second courses, desserts, coffee, grappa, wine and water. The food was all excellent and the location and service were great too. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to eat well in a quiet environment in the historic center of Bracciano.

I recommend this restaurant with a sunny terrace, the food is delicious with great value for money, the servers are pleasant and concerned about your experience, don't hesitate!

Posto bellissimo,personale gentilissimo... anche con la nostra bimba di 3 anni... Ogni singola portata è stata perfettamente illustrata,ed ogni richiesta soddisfatta... Piatti buonissimi,e bellissimi... Complimenti...

Il cibo in questo ristorante è davvero sopra la media, imparagonabile a tutti gli altri di Bracciano e non solo, oltretutto il menù degustazione offre un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ma… nel 2024 vedere ancora dei ristoranti che servono dei cibi che richiedono una così grande sofferenza animale come l’aragosta che generalmente viene bollita viva ma sopratutto il foie gras… in un ristorante di così alto livello culinario preferirei trovare lo stesso alto livello etico.
