A 5-star culinary experience, impeccable service from the staff, with the sommelier truly making the difference in the dining room. Dishes are beautifully presented and consistently delicious. The restaurant, with its stone interiors, is truly beautiful, warm, and welcoming. It's a shame the noisy table somewhat detracted from the intimate atmosphere, which would have deserved more discretion. Kudos to both the diners and the staff, who apologized several times, displaying common sense and courtesy. The wine list is very interesting, and the sommelier's recommendation was greatly appreciated. She found a great match, though not an easy one, I must say, for the menu, which is a mix of meat and fish (with the added bonus of the off-menu white truffle). An excellent place, where not only the palate is pampered, from start to finish. A final compliment to the sommelier and staff: the salted caramel dessert (which was sold out) was made up at the last minute and reduced in size, precisely to please the customer. It was a complete success, as I was won over by this and every other gesture, flavor, and detail of this place. They were very, very good, and I'll definitely try it again at the first opportunity.

The only restaurant in the area that makes us want to leave the house. The restaurant's name, "Percorsi," is no coincidence. Noemi guides you on a unique food and wine journey, featuring dishes created by chef Luca. The atmosphere, the dishes made with top-quality ingredients, and the owners' professionalism, combined with their expertise, make every dinner a pure delight.

Abbiamo cenato al ristorante Percorsi a Bracciano. Pur non essendo la location delle più suggestive — situata sotto la strada — si percepisce chiaramente l’impegno dei proprietari nel creare un ambiente accogliente, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto. L’interno è sicuramente più bello, ma d’estate abbiamo preferito provare la zona esterna. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibile, facendoci sentire davvero coccolati: un grazie speciale va alla ragazza che si è occupata di noi e ha reso la serata ancora più piacevole. Abbiamo iniziato con un uovo morbido accompagnato da spuma di patate e tartufo, davvero buonissimo, seguito da una tempura servita con una salsa gustosa. Come piatto principale abbiamo scelto il riso con pesto e frutti di mare: il pesto era eccezionale, ma forse l’abbinamento con i frutti di mare non è stato il massimo, perché il pesto copriva un po’ il sapore del mare. Molto buoni anche i lombrichi, un piatto da provare. È un posto dove non vediamo l’ora di tornare, magari in inverno, perché abbiamo mangiato bene e le materie prime sono di ottima qualità. Consigliamo Percorsi a tutti, con la speranza di tornare presto.

Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante per festeggiare il nostro anniversario di matrimonio, e non avremmo potuto desiderare di meglio. Dall’accoglienza calorosa al servizio impeccabile, ogni dettaglio ha contribuito a rendere la serata speciale. Abbiamo optato per il menù degustazione, e ogni portata è stata una vera scoperta: un perfetto equilibrio tra creatività e rispetto della materia prima, con sapori sorprendenti e presentazioni curate nei minimi dettagli. Ogni piatto raccontava una storia, e il ritmo del servizio era perfettamente calibrato. L’ambiente è elegante ma non pretenzioso, intimo al punto giusto, con un’atmosfera che ha reso ancora più romantica la nostra serata. 10+
