Fabulous! We returned here after two years in which we continued to dream of tagliatelle, crescentine, balanzoni, fiordilatte, and the warm welcome of Michele and his family. Everything even better than I remembered! Each dish tells of their love for cooking, the portions are very generous, the ingredients are all of excellent quality, giving space to local producers, from cured meats to mascarpone. It's worth coming to these parts even just for a dinner at Tiro (we returned with the whole family from Florence!).

I tried all the first courses on the menu and they were all delicious, having also tasted all those from my large family at the same lunch... One first course was enough to satisfy one's hunger. Therefore exceptional quality/prices. Nice little conversation with the manager "Drôva dl'ôsta", a rustic, straightforward all-rounder. The restaurant is especially recommended for large groups given the abundance of parking and the possibility of having large tables.
