Ristorante Al Tettuccio In Barletta

I had an average dinner here, nothing special nothing terrible either. the only thing that really struck me was how expensive the bottled water was, at four euros.

I'm still sitting in this fantastic restaurant, and I couldn't wait to write this review. Excellent food, with care and love in everything. If you're passing through Barletta, don't miss the opportunity to have a truly delicious experience.

Sometimes you wonder if preparing food is just for nourishment, but dining at Tettuccio shows you can also love while preparing food that ultimately delights body and soul. Kudos also to the waiters, who knew how to explain the technical dynamics that accompany excellent raw ingredients. We had a perfectly cooked cod appetizer, pasta with anchovies, stracciatella, and shrimp tartare, and cooked sea bass with cherry tomatoes, olives, and capers. To finish, a sorbet revisited as a croccantino... they should ban it because it's an attack on anything that claims to be a dessert and can only be a vague imitation. In short, it may sound like a review by the chef's mother, but in reality, for those of us who love to cook and serve authentic, carefully crafted food at home, it was a triumph for the palate and the sense of respect for the customer. Unfortunately, there's no "unfortunate" because the location is also truly lovely... we'll be back as soon as we can.

Lunch with friends, really a nice little place! We ate really well, the fried food was really top, the spaghetti with sea urchins were excellent and everything was excellent. The owner told us about when there was a fire and the painting of the Madonna remained intact.... Nice story.

Trovare un ristorante il giorno di Pasqua non è facile. Ebbene lo abbiamo trovato ed è stata una esperienza bellissima. Abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza del personale e la raffinatezza del locale, nel pieno centro storico di Barletta. Il pranzo è stato un viaggio nei sapori tra varie portate tra cui una tartare di tonno con cipolle caramellate buonissima, un risotto agli scampi estremamente delicato, fino al baccalà per finire poi con un dolce pasquale, un mezzo uomo di cioccolato con panna e fragole. Siamo stati davvero bene!
