On a 2-day holiday in Passignano, they recommended this restaurant to us. Kind, helpful and effective waiters (all of them). Very friendly, friendly and very kind owner. Excellent food even without having eaten truffles and porcini mushrooms which from what we saw should be their specialty. Fair price. Thanks again..... we will return, hopefully soon.

I can only share a 5 star experience. The pappardella with Chianina ragù won me over. The umbricelli cacio e pepe absolutely not to be missed.

I recommend it! Typical local dishes, Umbrian cuisine, all very good, professional service, polite and very attentive to the customer.

If you haven't tried it, you should absolutely try it.... friendliness, courtesy and excellent food with local products.... The cacio e pepe is very scenic with 5 qualities of pepper from all over the world..... I recommend it to everyone....!!!

We ate very well and I would say fair value for money. I took the cacio e pepe in the form which, in addition to the scenography of how it is served, was really excellent and the servings of all the dishes were generous. My friends had tagliolini with Chianina and truffle ragù, pici with red ragù and bacon which were truly amazing. As a second course we took the Sagrantino morsels with various vegetables, the meat melted in the mouth because it was so soft... truly delicious!! To finish as a sweet homemade tiramisu and mimosa cake on the occasion of Women's Day. The staff was also very kind and professional, the only flaw... the various courses (starter/first course/second course) were served a little too quickly, without leaving too much time between one meal and another. We will definitely be back!!

Pranzo eccellente in un ambiente familiare con personale professionale e gentile.Che dire del menú:c’é l’imbarazzo della scelta!io ho ordinato dei piatti con il tartufo,l’umbricello del carbonaro con tanto tartufo extra sopra era TOP!Nota di merito ai dolci della Sig.ra Barbara,una zuppa inglese cosí buona non la mangiavo da non so quanto.Ci torneremo presto!

Wonderful typical Umbrian cuisine, amazing homemade umbricelli, very tender meat, and excellent wine. Quick and friendly service, attentive to every customer's slightest need.

We ate last night in this restaurant, with excellent products, fresh whitebait truffle grated at the moment, homemade pasta and desserts of excellent quality, fast service and cuisine, prices appropriate to the quality of the food. We will definitely be back

It has become my favorite restaurant I've been to many, but the quality of the food, the friendliness of the staff, are unbeatable. I, personally, fell in love with their appetizers and first courses.

Siamo venuti da Roma ed abbiamo mangiato in questo ristorante che già conoscevamo e che si è confermato eccellente. Eravamo in sei e, come antipasto, abbiamo preso il pecorino al forno con miele e noci e l’ovetto strapazzato al tartufo: uno spettacolo ... poi, come primi, abbiamo preso carbonara con il tartufo e cacio e pepe con tartufo che erano buonissimi. A seguire ci siamo divisi una fiorentina eccezionale e per concludere abbiamo gustato i particolari dolci fatti in casa da Barbara la quale insieme a Federica e Mauro hanno accompagnato il nostro pranzo con un servizio impeccabile …tutti molto attenti e simpatici!
