The warmth of the restaurant, the tasty and authentic food, and the extreme kindness and professionalism of the staff make this place special. 07/09/2025: I should preface this by saying that I speak as a professional in the industry. As for the food, it was all excellent and the flavors well-balanced. The flaw that ultimately ruined everything was the slow and inaccurate service. 1 I booked and didn't find a table ready, so a makeshift table was prepared on the spot. 2 Our order came 30 minutes after we sat down, and no one came over to ask if we wanted a bottle of water. 3 After our order was taken, the appetizers arrived almost immediately (and it's understandable that they're already prepared, of course, since they require preparation), but the problem was that they arrived before the drinks and bread (the bread never arrived even though the waiter told me he'd get it). 4 The food was excellent, as mentioned above. 5 We ordered a dessert, two coffees, a grappa, and a liqueur, clearly asking if they could bring everything together. However, the dessert arrived first, followed by just one coffee, and then the liqueur and grappa. Having said that, I recommend going to those who want to eat well because the cuisine is truly excellent with contrasting flavors and exceptional tradition, but don't even consider the service because otherwise you'll want to get up and leave.
